They fit my fingers nicely but if you have extra large hands or dexterity issues you may have a difficult time with these scissors. They're very sharp! I've easily cut braided fishing line, trimed flies and skirts and they serve as general purpose fishing scissors in my sling pack. These scissors are very sharp. They can cut as scissors and when open the scissors are nifty box tape cutters and plastic bag cutters either as scissors or using one edge only. Cuts fine hair. Cuts thread. Fishing line? Yeah, cuts easily. The plastic point guard is handy when the scissors are tossed in a drawer so hands are not stabbed. Buy.
