I’ve used Dr Scholls on and off for years, but I was intrigued by these claims. They’re easy to put in your shoes, just follow the guidelines and cut as needed depending on your size. They’re quite a bit thicker than your normal shoe insert so take that into account if the shoe isn’t very tall to begin with. These are comfortable and I do notice a difference in the cushioning when I walk. Do they make me want to run up and down the block? Not exactly. But they are comfortable. I might feel a little extra spring in my step but not enough to say that it gives me energy. Maybe it’s kinetic energy building up and one day I’ll want to run a marathon! ... show more

Dr. Scholl's Energy Multipurpose Insoles inserts are a great product. These were purchased for my son who is currently spending most of his time at work on his feet. He has found these to be comfortable and very good at preventing foot and calf pain from spending so much time on his feet. I got those insoles for my partner and I put them in his shoes without telling him, thinking he was probably going to see them while putting his shoes on or that he was going to notice the difference on his own. On the first time he got to wear them we were going for a walk with the dog late in the evening around our neighborhood and he said “I feel like going for a run now, I don’t know why”. I’m like, “did you see I put the insoles in your shoes already”, him: “oooh, that explains everything!”. This chat might sound fake or like an exaggeration, but it actually happened. I’m not the one wearing the insoles but happy to leave the review saying that the insoles are comfortable, work perfectly so far and definitely is making his walks more pleasant. The insoles one size fits all (Men’s size) because they have to be trimmed to fit to size. They are marked perfectly where you should be cutting them based on your shoe size, but due to certain brand’s having sizes that are a little off I recommend you do what I did: take your original soe insole off your shoes to measure side to side with your Dr. Scholl’s insole so you can trim them to fit your shoes more accurately. At first glance my partner didn’t think the insoles were going to work for him because he measured them putting them under his bare feet and said he had wide feet and that they were going to be “too small”. They are most definitely NOT too small and clearly were designed to fit most shoes regardless of foot width. As I have noticed that my insoles for my 4 year old sneakers have worn down all the where a hole is formed, these were a much needed replacement! These replacement insoles are a bit on the thicker side so they did make my shoes a much tighter fit. The energy boosting beads are similar to the beads you will find in ultraboosts, at a much cheaper price point! Soft and comfortable but not too mushy. The sizing guide was very helpful and made it easy to cut to the size to fit my shoes. The listing title states that these are for women but in fact there is a men's and women's option so be sure to choose the correct one. ... show more

they were too narrow. The left side of my forefoot hangs off the sides, no matter how its cut. This became painful and I had to pull them out after an hour of wearing them. If they were wide enough, the would be my choice and I would have given them a perfect rating. Unfortunately I cannot return these. I thought I would surprise my husband with these insoles. I knew he wouldn't notice them while putting his shoes on in the morning because it's still dark when he leaves for work. The insoles were easy to cut to ensure the perfect fit and seem durable enough to withstand daily wear and tear. My husband always complains about foot and leg pain, so I was curious to see if he would notice a difference with these insoles. I was pleasantly surprised when he texted me from work and asked if I had done something to his shoes because they felt "more supportive." I told him I had added some "energizing" insoles and asked him how he liked them. He said there was noticeably more spring in his step, and he said his heels felt more cushioned and comfortable. When I asked him about the arch support, he said he didn't notice any difference in the amount of support. He has flat feet and struggles to find the right shoes and insoles to suit him. I asked about the "energizing" quality of them, and he said he assumed that was the springy support helped you feel more energized with less foot and leg pain throughout the day. I asked him to rate them, and he said all in all, he would give them a 7 out of 10, so I'll count that as a win. ... show more
