I have wide feet. I hate shopping for shoes online, especially sandals, but I obviously wasn’t going to go out right now and try some on. I’ve also gone my entire adult life without a good pair of sandals so thought 26 would be the age to finally wear something other than boots or sneakers in the summer. I’m so happy I found these. They definitely run large, but I think it gives it a cute oversized 90s look. They stay in my feet just fine without having to be tightened to the point of being uncomfortable. They’re super comfy. Was able to take my dog on a 30 minute walk as my first time wearing them out of the house and I didn’t have any chafing or feeling like they weren’t broken in. I love the platform too.

Obsessed with my new Dr. Martens Nartilla sandals! They're the perfect blend of edgy and comfy. The leather is amazing quality, and the gladiator style is so versatile. I've gotten tons of compliments already. Definitely a must-have for alt girls in the summer! Originally bought an 8 and they were too long. Returned and purchased a 7 and the length is perfect.

These are my favorite summer in the city walking shoes! If you get the lacing just right they are pretty comfy! Too tight and they are easily not as comfy. I also stepped on a nail at some point and noticed days later when I went to pick what I thought was a rock off the bottom..🙃 that sucker was a good couple inches but I never felt it so I’m thankful these shoes saved my foot from that as it would’ve been really bad! I get a compliment every single time I wear them also! I’m a size 10 & got a 10! I would recommend getting your size because the lacing provided a little wiggle room and if it’s too big your foot will slide out and the laces won’t tie as cute and will probably be too close together lol The front leather strap where the laces are sometimes rubs on my foot but hasn’t caused me issues and I could easily sand the leather probably to fix that I’m just lazy & it doesn’t bother me much.

My wife bought these and wore them as we walked all over Paris. She said that they were very comfortable. There was a short break-in as it they rubbed her pinky toe but it was fine after she wore them a few times and she has freakish feet. Because of the way they tie there is no rubbing on the heel. They are the typical excellent quality that one expects from Doc Martin. They look great and she loves them. Buy them. You want to be cool don't you? All the cool kids have them. Piercings are not required to wear them.

Alright so a few things 1) wanted a pair of the Teva sandals that are strapped like these, and the Doc Martens are cheaper! 2) super, super cute to dress up or down (i like wearing mine with socks sometimes) 3) very comfortable right off the bat, everything is great quality and they are lightweight for sure 4) I did…nearly break my ankle in them the first day wearing them…I tore my main ligament and I do contribute the sandals as the cause by a healthy 20%, as there is essentially zero ankle support. Even with that, I still love them and wear the left one often (while my right ankle recovers) As far as the fit goes, the straps are adjustable so literally any size foot could fit in it as long as you get the right sized footbed for yourself! I was able to get my swollen ankle into the sandal after 2 weeks and having the adjustable string made that possible.

It took me a while to decide the size as many reviews said it will run big. I am an 8 in DM and 9 in regular shoes and ordered a 7 as per the reviews. However, when you purchase sandals you are suppose to get a 1/2 size bigger and my feet are wide, so 8 would have been the accurate one as it just fits perfectly but sandals should be a lil bigger coz your feet expands when walking, so my advise would be to stay with your DM size coz anyways you can adjust it with the laces. It's not really bad, i just should've stayed with my size. On the other hand the pad and sole comfort are amazing, I was travelling and the tennis shoes were annoying me so I switched to these DM and they understood the assignment and I was able to walk all day long with them. I recommend to always use band aids in the back coz the straps while coz blisters, but that can be controlled and really depends on each person, thats the only down side of it. I usually use special pads and I dont need them with these sandals, thats how good they are, worth the value all the way, too bad its not real leather.

Made for wide feet girlies! I sized down to a 10 and I’m usually an 11-11.5. The toes make it easy to loosen or tighten depending on your width. Same thing for your calves when you wrap them around your ankle. As a plus size girl I was surprised I could wrap the straps around my ankles multiple times. I wore these fresh out of the box day walking around New Orleans and they were so comfty and I didn’t get blisters. I chose to wear these over my sneakers the following days because they are so squishy! Just buy them!

These are worth the sale price at $45. They do make the summer sandal slapping sound as you walk...unless you wear socks. I'm wearing socks today, because it's still winter and these need to be broken in. The socks make them more comfortable. The stitching that rubs against the foot on the bottom of the straps is annoying without the socks. I placed pieces of duct tape on the underside of the straps which helped. I do want to wear them without the socks for summer. I hope they rub less after broken in, or I need to find another way to wear them comfortably without the socks. They do get five stars for cuteness. They are well made, add a couple inches and don't weigh my foot down. They're chunky without being too chunky. The left shoe feels like it has a little more arch support than the right...also a bit annoying. Should improve with breaking them in. Ordinarily, I don't keep shoes that feel much like they need breaking in. I want them completely comfortable immediately. I'll take a chance on these. They are too cute.
