I wear a women’s 8.5 or 9, and the sizing is always tricky in Docs because there are no half sizes. I had recently purchased a 9 in another style and they were WAY too big, so I got these in the 8. I love the look, quality, stitching , embroidery, and style but the stiffness is taking FOREVER to break in. I’ve tried different methods of stretching, thicknesses of socks, moleskin, bandaids on the heels. After almost two months they are gradually loosening up to fit, and I like how they look with both dresses and pants, but the advertised “soft” leather is NOT soft at all. ... show more
