The box was not sealed and had been opened on both ends. The foundation itself had been pumped out as there was foundation out of the pump container and on the outside of the opening. Someone may have checked the color then returned the foundation. This makes me wonder if the foundation is clean or has someone else’s germs. I will not order anything else from Dr. Hauschka again. I would buy it in a store where I could make sure it was sealed and had not been opened or used.

This is the second time the container is faulty! I ordered it on October 16, 2022 and just tried to use it on October 31, 2022. I have no papers to return and will not take a chance again on this makeup.

I am pleasantly surprised by this foundation. It feels weightless on and is made with ingredients that aren't harmful to your skin or body. I purchased this after reading Jillian Michael's book, Master Your Metabolism, in which she recommended this company as a fantastic clean makeup company--which is important for not only your skin but for regulating your hormones. Anyway, $35 may feel like a steep price but one pump of this is all you need for medium coverage of sun spots, freckles, and acne scars. My one complaint is that I can't see inside to tell how much product is remaining. I would prefer a glass bottle instead of this brown plastic. All in all, I give it five stars.

The ingredients, calm, heal, nourish the skin. It is more like a medicine than makeup. The scent, essential oils are antidepressant. Need I say more?
