This scalp solution seemed worth a try since I often have a flaky scalp during the winter months with all the dryness from heaters. As a guy, the scent is a bit too floral/feminine for me, but it isn't a scent I dislike smelling (just smelling like). To get around this I put it on at night when my wife just finds it a nice therapeutic scent for when we're going to bed. It doesn't help that it's pretty strong, too. The application is a bit more "precision" spray than I was expecting and I wish it didn't spray out as much considering how concentrated it is, but I just use a beard brush and try to distribute it that way. Most of the issue seems to be around my hairline (temples, above the forehead), so I don't use it everywhere on my head. It helps keep things cleared up for a good few days, but then I need to reapply it as things get a bit flaky again. It's not the cheapest stuff, but if you suffer from a flaky scalp and none of the dandruff shampoos work, this is a decent solution that should probably get you through the season.

I am sensitive to strong smells and dislike them in my hair/beauty products, so when others mentioned how strong it was, I was surprised that it did not bother me at all. I don't use too much of it at a time, though. I don't mind the cooling sensation, which is kind of nice, but again, I don't use too much of it so the feeling doesn't last too long. Overall, it seems ok, and I hope it will help my scalp during these dry, winter months.

The scent is really hard for me to get over. I don't know exactly the scent, but it smells a bit like pine maybe. It gives me a headache. I will say the texture is nice and it is soothing. But, the scent is polarizing. I wouldn't get it again. But, I don't think there is anything wrong with it.

So for background, my scalp is not too dry so I didn't apply a great amount of product. That being said the nozzle for application is easy to use and delivers squirts of product directly to the areas needed. It allowed me to be precise for where I needed it without overusing the product. As someone super sensitive to smell, the smell is strong and herbally but not annoying. I expected it to be worst. I was hoping for a cooling effect but I did not find that. Overall I enjoyed this and feel it would be most beneficial in the winter for me, it delivered what I expected.

Ok first, if you noticed a lot of people posting about the smell,... I actually also really love it. I suppose everyone's different and there are some people that do not, but go ahead and add me to the list of loving the smell of this thing. I can't really describe it, maybe it's the chamomile mixed with the menthol, I'm really not sure but I just love how it smells. As far as performance, I have really sensitive skin and this does not irritate it. I do have dry scalp and this doesn't completely fix it, and I also kind of feel like this moisturizes your hair a lot more than your scalp. It's only been a few days, but I'm for sure going to keep using this. I will be switching shampoo soon so that will help me separate a little. how this does itself. As for price, this is pretty much a luxury item, and it's definitely priced as such. That said, if you're willing to spend on this and you like the smell, then go for it. Overall it's been great, no unwanted side effects so far. Will update if I find any issues in the future but I don't expect to find anything wrong, it's been nice to use.
