This is a very comfortable product to wear. It stayed in place when I was able to play tennis with no problems at all. Just wish it was a little bit bigger. It seems to run smaller than a true large. Other than that it gave great support, and I highly recommend.

Bought an XL according to measurements stated for item for upper arm measurement. Received it much later than it said it would come. Placed on arm according to directions. above the elbow was really tight and rolls down no matter how I adjust it. It's going back and I will be ordering from another company. Disappointed.

I have developed golfers elbow from playing too much pickleball. This brace has helped in my situation. This brace is very well made and offers just the right amount of compression, in my non-medical opinion. It also includes an additional strap that can give extra support to the area near the elbow joint that is affected. It has a gel pad that extends on both sides of the elbow. One would place it on the outside for tennis elbow or on the inside for golfers elbow. The gel pad is thinner in the area where the elbow bends and is thicker on either side over the muscles, so there is very little restriction of movement in the elbow joint. I've been wearing it with the additional strap while playing pickleball and it works great. I prefer this brace to those straps that just compress the muscle near the tendon at the elbow. Of course if elbow pain worsens it's best to have a professional look at it. So far this has been helping me.

Very easy to put on and adjust the "DR. BRACE® ELITE Elbow Brace support, Breathable Elbow Compression Sleeve with Gel Pad" has heavy & sturdy velcro fasteners. It is made of breathable material and the compression strap enables you to add pressure wherever you need it. On the compression strap it says, "Important! To prevent deterioration of fabric, refrain from fastening strap to physical brace" and I can see why because the first time I used it while learning where the strap worked best I accidentally hooked part of the velcro on the brace itself. The velcro is so tight that it pulled the threads up and made a couple fuzzy spots on the brace. Lesson learned. I appreciate that the brace actually feels good to wear and the strap is easy to adjust so the compression can be changed throughout the day if needed. It comes in a heavy cardboard sleeve similar to a manila envelope but with product information on both sides. Also includes a 20 page "Dr Brace's Handbook" in English. Made in China.

This compression sleeve is constructed of strong thick knitted material which provides a lot of compression. It's comfortable for most activities, but does bunch up on the inside of the elbow when bent close to 90°. It's comfortable for most activities, but not so much if your lifting hand weights or doing activities where you'll have full range of elbow flex frequently. I have another sleeve constructed of thinner polyester (similar to base layer clothing) which fits close to the skin without bunching, but it also does not provide nearly as much compression. Both have their place though, depending on whether you want more compression of this sleeve or would favor more uninhibited range of motion of a thinner sleeve with less compression.

I needed to try a brace after injuring my elbow. I found that this brace was helpful but somewhat tight and I could not wear it for too long. The silicone pad was also helpful when worn on the body side of the elbow. I ordered a medium size as my arm measured slightly less than 11 inches but next time I should try a larger size.
