It says on the box you can’t see the light when it is on, well I have to beg to differ with that….I put that mask on and it was very bright. I can’t use it to get rid of my migraines if it is so bright it hurts my eyes and makes the headache worse. If you want to use this don’t do it when you have a migraine you will regret it.

I was a bit skeptical when told about "light therapy" for migraine headaches but after doing some research I found out that, yes, it is a real thing and having nothing to lose except intense pain, I ordered this mask. For me personally, it works best when the symptoms first start. I have recommended it to several friends and when I travel this mask is one of the first things I pack.

Not using it for pain relief. Using it to soothe eyes and get some red light therapy on the many gray mornings in the winter. Very soothing on the neck as well.

This also burned my skin around my eye. It did not shut off automatically either. I have 4-5 dpl products and thought they were a trusted and reputable company. However, this should be recalled. This is really dangerous.

Amazing piece of equipment, infrared light therapy repairs tissues, bones, blood, like a plant sitting in front of a window, the water molecules, 78% of our bodies, absorb light photons, like recharging a rechargeable lithium ion battery, our water molecules absorb any light photon including unhealthy ones like blue and uv (which destroys tissue), like staring at blue sky over time dims vision... these devices force feed the correct 660nm red and 850nm infrared photons, being absorbed by the water molecules in area of "condition", producing immediate positive results, though like a plant in a window, after months glows with health... this device is great when coupled with optional battery bank for movement during therapy sessions. The "eye mask" can be positioned to be warn on top of the head for head therapy and hair growth, worn underneath the chin for TMJ therapy, around the neck for vocal therapy! I suffer from frequent headaches, and this really helped me out. It was very relaxing, and I enjoyed doing the treatments. I did it for the full 20 minutes, and did it three times a day as suggested. It’s very easy to use, has pretty clear instructions, and has a built-in timer - it shuts off when 20 minutes has been reached. I have already recommended this to several people I know. Thanks for a great product!
