This radiator does indeed fit for a 02-06 Altima 2.5L. It came nicely packaged with no damage. It dropped right into place. The only issue I had was the holes to fasten the OEM cooling fans to this replacement were not in the correct place. Obviously can't drill new holes in the radiator, so I had to make holes in the backet of the cooling fans. They radiator holes were able 1 cm off from the OEM holes. Other than the cooling fan alignment issue the unit works as designed. ... show more

Easy to install but did not include a cap. The old cap did not fit and coolant leaks.
