I did experience some difficulty initially when trying to reach customer support, which was a bit frustrating. However, once I was able to connect with the seller, they did resolve the issue, and I appreciate that they followed through and made things right. Very difficult to put together compared to other pieces. Instructions weren't really helpful and the QR code for the assembly video was to a different vanity set. Also some parts had "mistake holes" that still show so be aware when buying. Overall, the mirror light is very bright.

the vanity came out perfect! i would give a five star review, but the instructions were kind of confusing and some pieces were labeled wrong. but it works great and my little sister loves it! it was a birthday gift for an 8 year old girl and i’ve never seen her so happy before.
