Like many others have said, the magnets in the bottom are kinda weak. The cork thing falls off frequently; its still usable without the cork bottom, it just doesn't look pleasing. The cork doesn't usually fall off if I'm just picking the mug up to drink, but if you accidentally bump the cork bottom it'll fall off for sure. Mine have fallen off so many times that I've taken to just holding it with two hands whenever I'm walking or something. The cork does do a good job of insulating the hot contents of the mug from my table or desk, and removing it to put the mug in the dishwasher is super easy an convenient, so I guess its all a balancing act between the pluses and the minuses. Review Update: The company contacted me after seeing this review and offered me a full refund. I received the refund immediately and wasn't asked to return the cups cork part is connected by a magnet. It falls off all the time. It wasn't exactly what I was hoping for

Purchasing those cups was the best thing I did for us, because it keeps hot beverages hot & cold beverages cold. The cap keep me from spilling my drink as well. Easy to clean & very sturdy and easy to carry. The bottom of the cups features helps you not to scald your hand. Great purchase!

Great for cup warmer with flat bottom under cork. Lid is very convenient for moving the coffee. Magnet is great idea - except careful not to pick up metal from kurig tray. Good size. Exactly what I was looking for. Good price.
