I like this bag. The material is a durable canvas, so it's probably not super weather proof, but it is sturdy. It has three main zipper portions. The middle is the biggest, and the two outside edges still hold a decent amount of stuff. There are additional pockets on the outside, which are handy. The strap is comfortable. I wanted compartments and, boy, did I get compartments! The size and weight are great (not a giant heavy thing to start with). I can even stash my partner's billfold and sunglasses when he needs a temporary home for them. Lots of zippers but several were not in functioning mode upon arrival until I worked them back and forth several times. Just hope they stand up to use. The straps are all very nice length. It can go on one shoulder or crossbody, and the shorter handles are handy to slide on your wrist when you are loading things in/out of the car and shoulder strap slides down as you bend over! Would love to see the manufacturer use a lighter color lining to help find things inside all the pockets. Usually have to resort to scrambling through items with my fingers to locate what I need. Now, I just need to remember what logic I used when deciding what pocket to place what items in! After a break in period I will consider other colors so things can go in identical pockets in each bag. Will update if any problems arise. ... show more

Love this bag and all the room for stuff. Easy to use for day trips because it is large enough to hold a small umbrella, snacks and even a small water bottle. I have a thin rain jacket that fits in one pocket. A bit large for me to use for everyday, but some folks like a larger bag. I gave this 3 stars because the fabric is coming loose from the stitching on the front pocket. Nothing structural just cosmetic. The fabric is good weight and does not stain easily.
