It turned out to be the perfect size for me, I sometimes get the wrong sizes just because I have a hard time finding the right size on line. My only complaint is that the short, hand carry straps are not removeable so they just flop about when using the long strap for cross body. 3 big pockets, smaller zipper pockets inside 2 of the big ones, looks like a suede canvas and the gray is a much better color than the picture shows. ... show more
