I ordered the swing for my sister. She was able to assemble it with ease and by herself. She stated that it looks beautiful and is very comfortable. She wanted the black swing. So far the only downside is that it does not come with a cover. But she placed it on her small covered porch and has been out almost every night enjoy nature and her swing!

So I received the chair and assembled it. While assembling I noticed a defect in one of the cross bars. First of all I didn’t even have to contact the company, they contacted me to see if I was satisfied. When I explained the problem, they immediately responded and took care of the problem. Not only did they take care of it but they kept me informed every step until the new part arrived. This was one of the best companies I ever dealt with on line.
