    • Not Fair. Right side broken JUST after the 30-day return policy

The media could not be loaded. This machine is faulty only one month AFTER the 30 day return window closed on Amazon. :( I feel very cheated. The right side brewer is the problem... 1. It is supposed to have "brew pause," where you can remove the carafe, mid-brew, to pour a cup of coffee, then return the carafe to finish brewing. However, when my right carafe is removed mid-brew, the machine continues to brew! It's a mess. It drips coffee all over the hot plate. 2. Also, the right side carafe doesn't quite fit under the drip mechanism under the filter basket. You have to swing the right filter basket over to the right to get the carafe back in place under the basket to continue brewing. It's as if the filter basket is built too low, or the carafe lid is built too high. I do hope you will stand by your product that has only been in use for 2 months and replace or repair it. We purchased this CucinaPro Double Coffee Brewer Station to replace a 17-year old Krups dual pot model (one side stopped turning on). Sadly, Krups no longer makes a dual pot coffee maker, and short of buying a commercial Bunn model, the CucinaPro was one of our only choices - need one side for coffee and one for hot tea. The CucinaPro is performing well so far (we've had it about 2 weeks). Pots slide easily in and out from the heating base without causing excess dripping from the brewing basket. We have learned to line the basket with a #4 paper liner then insert the plastic coffee grounds holder...there is definitely risk of over-spill of water, but not a huge issue for us. We're happy with the strength of the coffee being brewed. ... show more

We've been using the pot for not even 2 months and the the handle on the coffee pot is already separated from the glass. Not safe to use. The link to contact support is not valid. Disappointed that the pots are already unusable. The dual maker is nice to have.
