Works well. Easy to install.
After getting a check engine light on my jeep wrangler , I was able to read the code and found it was a P0128 code indicating the engine was running cooler than expected. This could indicate a thermostat that was stuck open. To further verify that the thermostat was the culprit I used my ODB2 scanner to monitor the coolant temp. With the engine idling in my driveway, the original thermostat was cycling the coolant temp between 190 and 200 degrees which seems a little low for the 3.6L Pentastar engine as that thermostat should just start to open at 203 degrees and reach fully open near 215 degrees. My cabin heat, while ok, was also just not as hot as I was used to. This thermostat install is a relatively simple procedure and there's already a gasket installed on the replacement. I cleaned up the mating surface on the engine with a green scrubby pad to help insure a leak free seal. I also used a small bicycle sized torque wrench to reinstall the bolts and torqued to 105 inch lbs. This is just a little over 8 foot lbs - don't get these mixed up. So the bolts are snugged up nicely but do not need to be cranked super tight. With the new thermostat installed, the coolant temp is now cycling between 200 and 213 degrees. The P0128 code is also gone, and the cabin heat is back to its normal "nice and hot". Make sure you have the proper coolant to add back in to your radiator as you will probably lose 1/2 gallon or more minimum.

2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, Works great
Easy install on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Install time roughly an hour and didn't even need to drain the coolant. . Update after 2 years of use. The adjustment plastic screw on unscrewing with little pressure broke in multiple pieces. Would get the aluminum one instead.

DOESN'T WORK on 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Let me start this review by saying, if you would love to take $650 and throw it in the trash, then PLEASE purchase this thermostat! I can't speak for any other models than my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK, but I researched thermostats for about 2 weeks before committing to this one. Based on the price, reviews, description, etc. I thought, what the heck, I might as well give it a try, what's the worst that could happen.... I decided to perform a coolant flush on my JK, so I figured, I am probably almost due for the thermostat going out so I might as well change it out since I will be in there anyways! Makes sense, right? So I do that. Park my jeep at the correct angle, open her up and start draining. Close everything up, install the new thermostat (with high ratings, guaranteed to fit my vehicle, etc.) and start refilling with coolant. Everything is running great! No problems! All lights, warnings, bells, whistles, etc. are all in the proper positions and not present. Life goes on like normal. Fast forward about 2 weeks. I am on a drive out of town, making my way back home, while the cruise control is set on 65 mph, my attention is struck by a dinging that I have never heard before! I see a red light on next to the temperature warning flashing, which leads me to slow down to about 45 before it gets under control. Somehow, I limp it back home. Time to start researching. How or why could this happen? What is going on? I tried ordering a pressure kit (also guaranteed to fit), of course none of the fittings worked. So that had to go back to Amazon. Then a burping funnel kit. Which led to my Jeep basically projectile vomiting coolant everywhere on numerous occasions. Which led to more trips to get more coolant. All that to say, I eventually conceded that I had been defeated. I had to take it in to a professional mechanic to figure it out. The outcome was a bad radiator cap, combined with an aftermarket thermostat that wasn't opening up or functioning correctly, which also let to a sensor going bad and several codes being thrown. Which basically meant that I had to pay for a diagnostic, thermostat, radiator cap, more fluid and labor. All totaling a whopping $650. So a $30 non-OEM thermostat ended up costing me $680 plus plenty of time, return trips, etc. Lesson learned. Purchase OEM Mopar parts, no matter the cost! I can only hope that 1 person that reads this can make a better decision and not go down the same path.

Fits good no leaks
Fit correctly and is exactly like OEM, installed in 15 mins no leaks and oring is good quality. Dorman has definitely done much better on products lately they've really stepped up.

Good quality thermostat replacement for 2013 Dodge Durango SXT*** SEE UPDATE IN WRITTEN REVIEW
The thermostat replacement took me 15 minutes, most of which was the time to remove the items that obstructed access to the thermostat. That this was the entire thermostat/housing assembly, I did not have to do anything but unfasten the old one and install the new one. I saved several hundred dollars doing it myself over having a service station or dealer do it. UPDATE - After 4-months in service, the thermostat does not function properly and is causing the motor to run very hot. Dorman provided a replacement thermostat, which I just installed and is working perfectly. The engine is running about 35dgF cooler now.

Works like it should
Works as it should, I had a lower temp t-stat from when my jeep was pro charged and it would not get nearly warm enough during the cold weather. But now with a normal OE temp T-stat it was a great toasty jeep
