  • It works
I initially was concerned that I was not going to understand how to use this tool. But, it works perfectly. I was able to remove the door knob without any issues.

  • Mostly works
For the handles that cooperated, it popped them right off. Pretty easy; align the tool with the crank handle, push the tool on, retention clip pops off (and that's literal, good luck if you need that), handle comes off. However, I had one handle that did not want to come off. I'm sure it's the handle that's bad, because 2 tools couldn't manage it well. This one, however, as soon as I put pressure onto the end it almost immediately bent and now i can't put any real pressure on it at all. This is only an issue when the clip doesn't pop off quick and easy like it does 99% of the time. ... show more
