Not exactly sure how you can make a replacement part like this that just doesn't fit right. The part is common and so is the application. I had to use a die grinder and open the headlight opening in the grille to clear the outer edges. Kinda disappointed, but made it work. I lubed the adjusters before installing, then adjusted the alignment that night on the road. Pleased that they came with bulbs, and the light output is acceptable. Dorman usually makes better stuff, this one is a mixed bag. ... show more

I was concerned when some reviewers said they had a problem with fit. These fit perfect right out of the box. Installed on a 1998 Tahoe. Also had new bulbs included. Just plug and go.

Look and feel like oem. Time will tell if the quality is there. Driver side fit perfectly Had to trim off alignment tabs on passenger side housing to be able to center in opening of the grille. Really not many people would've noticed the ¼" I moved it, but it wasn't hard to snip off the nubs.

Aftermarket junk that is close but not close enough. Time and effort would be required to trim material just to align the two mounting points.
