Clock works great and is cool to watch as long as you get one that isn’t busted. First one I got the clock was broken so got a replacement. Replacement was also broken. The customer service team was very responsive and helpful. Instead of sending back the second one I elected for them to send me replacement parts for the clock movement. It was very easy to fix. I’m a handy person and sometimes don’t mind fixing things so I was able to get it to work. They offered to give me 50% back to cover the effort and issues which I think was fair. Again, it’s a cool clock I get many compliments and the customer service team was very helpful and responsive which is why I’m rating this higher than it could be. ... show more

Just fyi, the color of wood is more of a cherry than brown but other than that, it's beautiful! I couldn't be happier with my choice. We needed a change and out steampunk kitchen wouldn't be complete without this clock. It is heavy.

This is a beautiful clock and is everything that was described in the description. It is made very well and is extremely sturdy. The only downfall is that the numbers are a bit difficult to read and that could be because mine is situated in a very tall wall up high in our foyer.

We fell instantly in love with this clock. It is just so gorgeous! However, it is a little hard to read the time from a distance, partly because of the glare on the glass.
