1.) This is not a black out curtain. 2.) I did not find any quality issues. 3.) The item is accurately described and accurately represented in the photos. I purchased this for my front door which is a craftsman style; it has a row of three side by side windows approximately 4.8 ft from the bottom of the door and faces south. The late afternoon sun sounds right in and glares off of the television. This curtain sufficiently blocks about 75-80% of the light which suits my needs very well. The adhesive is very strong but I'd recommend cleaning the door with some rubbing alcohol first. And the velcro is very strong. In actuality the product is a strong 4.8 stars, if it would've been black out a solid 5 stars.

I wish the design was on both sides. It’s ok. I attached it with magnets to the door. I didn’t want to have to get the adhesive off the door if I ever wanted to change out the look.

Bought to escape hellfire that eminates thru front door inserts 4pm to 5pm each day. They're perfect in that the material (polyester+), reminds me of a nice shower curtain. I removed the velcro. It was simple. Ran a stitch in place of and, I'm using magnetic curtain rods on metal front doors.

The window on my door about 3pm the sun starts to shine directly in… into my eyes while I’m trying to work at my desk! This was a quick solution and super easy to use. Take the paper off the sticky part, and stick it to the door. That’s it! And you can use the little Velcro strap if you want to let the light back in. I will definitely be ordering more!
