The first bag I received was damaged. There was a small hole in the vachetta leather, long with scratches, and what looked like very dry leather as well with all the crinkles in the leather. It was badly packaged, and one pocket looked like the leather lining was stretched out, so items would fall out. Returned and waiting for a refund. 🤞 Second reorder of same bag, and this one is beautiful. I wasn’t going to replace, but I really loved the look of it. So, I took a chance and I am very happy I did. Though I do love the new bag I received, I don’t know that I will shop for such items on Amazon again. 4 stars for the new one. This bag was shipped very securely and protected/UPS. High quality and yes it’s stiff it’s vinyl coated canvas just like MK bags etc. It’ll be easy to clean and last years. The handles, strap and trim are smooth leather and it contains the DB standard cotton red fabric lining with three pockets in the middle, one zips and with a key strap, two outer pockets are about 5 inches deep, one has a pocket, enough depth for your large iphone. The snaps are very strong on all three sections. I’m 5’9” and the strap adjusted to fit crossbody on me so the bag would lay perfectly against my hip. This bag comes in a mini, small (this bag) and large size. I wasn’t sure so went with the small since I hate heavy bags and this is perfect, I can fit everything I need in this bag even a small makeup case.
