The seller & delivery were great. And the purse is well made. I'm just not loving its design. I find it awkward and difficult to find things in the bottom since the zippered opening on top is narrower than the width of the bottom.

A true Dooney bag, this is roomy yet comfortable for daily wear. The leather outside is soft, I suggest using a leather protector on the purse before use. The zippers are smooth and the main compartment opens up wide enough so you don't scratch your hands getting in and out of the bag. I only wish it came with a cross-body strap as well as the medium sized strap. The existing strap is wide enough to be comfortable on the shoulder, although in winter with coats is tends to slip off. I will order a cross-body strap for Dooney to use with this bag. ... show more

If you have a problem, both DB reps & Amazon rep says that's not their number either. It too k 3 more calls to find out who to speak to with a problem. I won't order another DB pocketbook.
