Giving it 5 stars because of the quality of the phone, including all the special features that are packed into it. I returned mine however, because it was incompatible with a few apps that I needed, and it I didn't have 5g, which is on me, because I neglected to double check before purchasing. Aside from that, it's a fantastic phone, highly functional, solidly built, battery life is insane, though it is a bit heavier than your average Samsung or iDevice, thanks to that. I would say that if you don't need the 5g, then it's absolutely amazing value for the money, better value than a Samsung, and far better than an Apple phone

So admittedly, I've only had this phone for a day. However, from what I've already seen, unless it developes problems later, I'm already really happy with it. Honestly, I was afraid it might just be "too darn heavy" but really I'm just about used to it in 1 day. It didn't try to pull my shorts off like I thought it might 😀 lol But let's talk about battery life ! I went to have the service turned on at 10am. I then spent about 5 hours adding apps, and getting everything back in order, settings and such. Next, I just put it on one of those all day 4K YouTube videos... Set at the highest refresh rate (120) with the screen on 100% brightness, and just let it go. So now it's been on for about 10hrs, and I'm at 60% ! That's just crazy ! I'm thinking by the time I shut it off tonight... Surfing around a bit before going to sleep, it might be down to 45%.... And this, using it as much or more than I ever probably will. I charge every night while I'm sleeping. The phone feels really smooth, fast, and glitch free. Screen is bright and has good, natural color, which is great, as I'm a photographer.... With a real camera I mean 😀 I don't even bother with camera phones. Once in a while maybe for something like, "Honey, is this the right cat food" ? 😉 If I had a nit, the sound is.... Uh... Kind of weird. Loud yes, but vocals are kind off squauky. Music sounds better, almost bassy... But then I'm a high power stereo guy, and if I'm seriously listening to music, it will be Bluetooth over a real system. Anyway, if I have any developments good or bad, I'll come back to edit this review. But so far so good 🙂

I do work that can vary from DIY construction to jewelry sales and repair, so for a rugged phone, and I have owned many, the quality on this item is mediocre. After just a few months it is almost impassible to hear the ringer, blue tooth hookup, automatic to devices is not reliable, and if you travel to different countries this phone will not be as reliable for you as something like an oukitel. While I have tested phones in environs such as the great lakes this phone has looser plugs, and I am barely comfortable in using it in the rain. While some may like it, try to see what reviews will address the environments you will use it in. The phone does seem to be decent for games, however, if you are buying a rugged phone that is probably not your first concern. After several months I would say this is a throwaway phone that might last a year, at rugged phone prices. The best advice if you got the service plan, is to try to keep a spare around for when you have to jump[ through Assurions hoops. I bought the phone in August, and by November it was already showing signs of deterioration.

No problems, fast and heavy. The thickness and naturally armored case makes people think it's in a special armored casing that is purchased separately, but its not. It comes that way out of box, very tough and the features are nice. Five much deserved stars.

The phone is great overall, lots of space,it's got some decent processing power. It however is a bit heavy. Also this is my second attempt with this device as the first one didn't charge, also had a front camera bug where it would brick the device when you tried to take a picture. One last thing to note, this company gives you a screen protector that's missing one side of film, so it's already sticky in the box, if you want to use that protector, ensure you are dust free, and that the environment is dust free. Otherwise it's ruined.
