Was so excited to bring this on a nocturnal hike in Costa Rica. Everything lagged. Very difficult for buttons to work promptly to magnify. It is very hard to go back and forth between IR mode and normal mode. I wouldn't spend a dime on this product. I bought it in advance and missed the return window. Upon usage on my heavily treed 2 acre property at night, with all lights out, I could easily see across the entire property. Is as advertised. I really like it first pure really nice night vision binoculars. The only thing I can say that's a con is that it needs to be on a tripod on Zoom. But that's to be expected for the 10 power Zoom. I put a nice tripod and expensively and love everything about this binocular.
