I LOVE THIS THING! It is so much FUN! Got for Christmas from my husband and best present ever. I am an older still somewhat beginner, did play ukulele and then went to baritone which is keyed like guitar so wanted to now try guitar. But more experts I think would have a blast with this also. Aside from it's extreme fun factor, it's also a thing of beauty and I love the size of it also, easy to sit on sofa or chair and play. I love the tuners which some seem to find weird as you tune from bottom with a key but it's very precise and I like it. I like the ease of string change also as we put lighter gauge extra lights as I am very petite very small hands and used to nylons. t also is a thing of beauty aside from being so much fun. I play along with Youtube videos right now but it does bluetooth and I'm still learning all it does. It comes with some preset sounds but you can change them to less extreme type sounds or whatever. Get it now while on sale. The only thing I would say is that I got the white one which is absolutely GORGEOUS, however, the maple neck is very light and yes beautiful but it you are still learning chords like I am the strings can be harder to see. So if that is an issue for you get one of the darker color ones with darker neck so the strings stand out. I know the basic strings but am doing tutorial videos learning some of the others. I may get blacks on there I saw a brand that sells black strings. But you gotta get this, it is so fun and maybe one of my fav gifts I've ever gotten.

Beginner loving this travelors guitar
Color: Metallic White
I did have a bohemian guitar about 8 years back but never understood how to tune it. While I did have an amp I could not play it like I wished because of the sound generated in a shared living space. That this comes with a built in tuner which was a challenge for a few minutes to figure out..then I quickly got all the strings tuned perfectly - chef's kiss. But the icing on the cake is the headset that comes with it, fits in my ears without falling out and plugs into the guitar. It sounds amazing to me and no one is the wiser as their ears are not bleeding out from my learning curve. No matter the time of day or location - I can play without disturbing others. The carrying bag is fantastic, they really thought this out and they listened to prior customers and made the metal a body attachments quick release. So easy to get on and off. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

I was happily impressed
Color: Metallic White
I ordered a used model to begin with, and I want to say that I had somehow low expectations. But I was happily surprised that this instrument was so much better built that I expected. The built in features and effects were more than I needed, and the size made it a pleasure to carry around. The battery seemed to hold enough for several hours of practice or live playing. It was true that tuning was a bit hard, but it kept its tuning really well. I love the options that it came with, and quite frankly I would have given it 5 stars but there was an issue with the output, probably related to the fact that it shares a place with the strap hole. The tool to adjust the truss rod was very useful, and once I adjusted it the playing was very smooth. I didn't want to risk having to deal with something that came broken on the electronics, so I returned it and ordered a new model. I think this is worth the investment, and you save a lot of money on pedals with a variety of excellent effects. Well done Donner.

Great Bang for the Buck - Stays in tune! I use it on 4 hour solo gigs.
Color: Classic Natural
Well - mine arrived perfectly playable for my hard strumming professional show. I put .12's on it and detuned to Eb. Tightening the truss rod (easy to do!) got me in the game and I have used it on several 4 hour gigs already. I bopught it for vacations and fly dates - and it fits the bill perfectly. My only complaint is that the high E string is a bit lower in volume - but this is nothing new to any pro piezo players - I might have my luthier shim the pickup someday - but it's not bad enough for me to take immediate action before my first fly date. I don't use the IR's - but the tone knob and graphic EQ are more than sufficient for me to get the tone I want. And here's the best part: Mine is really well intonated and stays in tune for entire gigs. Well done Donner!

AMAZING GUITAR! GREAT SOUND! BEAUTIFUL COLOR!!
Color: Metallic White
AMAZING GUITAR! The color is stunning, the sound is beautiful, and the touch feels fantastic. It’s incredibly travel-friendly—you can easily attach and detach the handles, making it fit perfectly into a carry-on guitar case for flights. The design is both intelligent and lightweight, making it ideal for beginners. The high playability keeps learning fun and engaging, while its quiet practice feature ensures it won’t disturb others. It’s a great choice for those starting their guitar journey like me, allowing us to practice anytime—even while traveling or commuting—without interruptions. Plus, it saves you money by eliminating the need to buy extra effect pedals or speakers right away. A perfect combination of functionality and style!

Great for practice, fun, and creativity
Color: Classic Natural
Bought the Hush-I Pro a month ago, and I remain impressed. Quality of construction and electronics is excellent. The system for adjusting the multitude of effects works very well. The guitar is very playable, especially after I adjusted the truss rod to lower the action. It comes with good quality light acoustic steel strings. It comes with in ear monitor headphones which seem good, but I’m using over ear headphones. It’s nice for practice, especially if you don’t want to make much noise. But I really am enjoying experimenting with different sounds, both to adjust Presets to “optimize” specific songs, but also using sounds to come up with some creative ideas that previously would not have been possible.

Updated review--Buzzing strings and wonky bridge
Color: Classic Natural
Really wanted to like this travel guitar. Unfortunately the string buzz and uneven bridge make for very poor sound. I think perhaps the bridge wasn't cut correctly? I may take it to my local luthier but don't feel I should have to do this for the cost of this instrument. I'm going to play around with it for a few more days and will decide whether or not I'll have it repaired or just return it. 9-21-2024 update I ended up keeping this and having a friend who's good with guitars file the bridge to eliminate the string buzz. Now that I've gotten about two months to play on it somewhat regularly, a couple things about it: All in all, it serves a great purpose for what it's intended for. Small and light for travel, doesn't take up much room, and sounds decent when hooked up to an amp or even playing acousticslly--no amo or headphones. The headphones the come with the guitar are TERRIBLE. I thought 3.5mm headphone port had issues, turns out it was the headphones. Get yourself a decent pair of wire earbuds and it'll fix that issue. Unfortunately, at least my unit has a VERY noticable static buzz when you use the Bluetooth function to run backing tracks through the travel guitar and into the headphones. I've tried various headphones and streaming devices and all present static through the headphones so I'm certain it's the guitar. All in all, I'd say the idea of this travel guitar is 5 stars, but the execution is 2.5 stars. If you can get this travel guitar for free like all the other reviewers currently reviewing it, I'd say that major pro makes up for the few cons. However, for $400+ after taxes, the issues with the bridge, string buzz, earbuds, and Bluetooth buzz make it a rather mediocre option. Also, I wish the guitar came with different sizes of attachable braces to account for players of different heights and body sizes. Even with the bottom brace attached, the guitar sits low and awkward on my lap when trying to play. Not a deal breaker by any means, but something to think about for future iterations.
