They apologized for the scratched up case and sent me a whole new set completely free even though I just needed the case to be replaced. They didn't even require me to send back the case. Polly even included a note apologizing again for the case and assured me they had looked it over before sending it. The new case is completely free of scratches and there are no scuff marks this time. The new case shipped to me fast just like the first one did and I am very happy with my item. the case fits well on my computer. the screen protector has held up well and hasn't had scratches on it yet. The keyboard cover does hold dust but is easily cleaned by washing it with water. I'd rather the cover get dirty then get dust in my keyboard so it does its job well. I've grown to appreciate the plug covers and the new headphone one I was sent fits in the headphone jack better. I would strongly recommend the company as they are efficient and care about their customers and reviews. Original review ( I had left 1 star): I seen many great reviews but the case came scratched and dirty! I tried to clean it but it remains dirty. The screen protector collects hair easy so if you're going to apply it make sure it's quick. The little plug covers are just ugly, the headphone cover doesn't even fit right. The rubber keyboard cover is ok, it does leave makes on your screen and you can see where you press down on your keys though. Overall upset with the case but what can I really expect from something cheap. If you're gonna buy this make sure you don't get the clear one.

This case is really great, especially for the price. It looks nice, fits my MacBook well, and offers good protection at first. I also love the color and how lightweight it is. That said, it’s not very long-lasting. Over time, the corners and edges start to wear down, which affects durability. Overall, it’s a solid option if you want something affordable and stylish, but it may need to be replaced sooner than expected.

Durable great value for money and protection

It's a pretty decent case, but it's SO easy to get fingerprints on, which I hate. You can wipe off most of them with some alcohol wipes but it's just not feasible to do that every time you handle your laptop so you're going to have to live with some. The dongles are nice (although some aren't fitted exactly) so they'll either fit perfectly or be a little small and fall out. The keyboard cover though is my favorite! Pretty durable and nice to the touch. I've had other colored keyboard cover before that lost their color after a few days of typing, but I've had mine for a month and the cover still looks brand new. My case broke a little when I put the top on (since it's a very tight fit) so there's a little crack in it, on the edge but the bottom fits perfectly and the rubber stabilizers are a very nice touch. Overall it's an okay case if you're looking for something that'll protect it decently, but the looks leave something to be desired what with the fingerprint smudges and the cracks if you put it on wrong.

My case was just delivered but I had to write a review because I am in love with this case. everything from the case itself to the included keyboard and even the screen protector are amazing. for the price everything is a wonderful quality, both the top and bottom covers are matte finish, sleek, not bulky in any sense, and the color is just as described if not better in person. it was pretty easy to install both covers fit perfectly. the only thing that I noticed is that the screen protector is a little raised in one corner but that could also be due to how I installed the screen protector as well. overall I really recommend this case and so far am in love with the look, feel, and quality!

Top and bottom pieces hit each other when you open MacBook. Took bottom piece off. After a month or so, the top now falls off. Doesn’t stay on. Not the best quality. It also shows a lot of scratches and all never set on my MacBook is papers, so the sliding of papers has caused light scratches. Guess it’s time to put my old case/cover back on since it stays on and doesn’t show a ton of scratches lol.
