I really like the looks of this iPad mini case. It fits well and the magnetic closure seems strong enough. If I dropped my iPad mini in it, I would be nervous about the protection. I can't say for sure though and I'm not willing to try it out. But I am keeping it. I'll just make sur4e I don't drop it like I do my phone.

The magnetic cover works right. I also like that the back of the cover is translucent. It seems like it will hold up well. An excellent value.

won’t close if i have my pen attached. almost worse.. trying to close it or leaving it on my bed with the cover on pushes the pen off my ipad. i wanted a case with an open edge so i don’t have to pull my pen out everytime

Let this be your sign that this case is not worth it, unless you value aesthetics over quality products. It’s cheap, thin and will not protect your investment. The cover moves around and the stand will not stay because the magnet is NOT strong. The print is cute, but the material is already peeling off from the case itself.
