I like these ear bud, but after a little while the left ear bud plays really low and there's no fix for it. After reading other reviews I see that others are having that same issue. I only use the right one to talk on the phone or listen to music while I work, so it's not that big of a deal for me.

So I got this product this morning and I was so excited after charging I found one headphone did not work , which for someone who loves music is a sad discovery . I donโ€™t know if it was manufactured wrong or what but Iโ€™m not a happy buyer at all .

The good: - Good sound for the price. - Nice, convenient features like triple tap right/left to turn the volume up/down without needing to reach for your phone (have not seen that feature on any other BT headphones or earbuds) The bad: - The right ear started having issues and stopped working 1-2 days after the return window. I reached out to the buyers who wanted me to jump through all kinds of hoops to get a refund, wasn't even worth it. - Even when it is in its case, it STILL connects and will not let go of the BT connection, so I keep having to manually disconnect. ... show more

Great start but, failed in only four short months. I'm not able to pair ear-pieces. Volume went down on the left ear-piece and I could never get the pieces paired again at the same volume. Great start but, failed in only four short months. I've only had them since December of last year.
