The chair seemed well constructed. Loved the color. It assembled fairly easily - though the feet did need so finagling. It was comfortable but we returned it. The foot rest did not work independently of the recliner - so you had to either be sitting totally upright - (no foot rest) or totally laying horizontal (to have a foot rest) there was no in-between and for that reason it was not a 5. It would have been perfect but to me it defeats the purpose if you can't sit upright and pull the foot rest out. Now the seller was amazing and handled the return process very well.     • No in between, either lay down all the way or sit up.

You are only able to either lay down with the foot stool up, or sit up. You can’t have the foot rest up and sit up. We bought, put together and now have to return.
