This doll house and all the furniture have to be assembled, but it's very simple. The instructions to put the house together are on the side of the box. No tools are needed, it just snaps together with a cardboard separator in the middle. Once it's together it feels fairly sturdy as long as a child does not put a lot of pressure on the floors or roof, because the hollow plastic pieces would not hold up to very rough play. The house itself is very cute. It's a decent size doll house. I like the details, especially on the sides with the cute windows. Kids will love using the slide for their dolls. The furniture is easy to put together, some of it is already assembled and just needs the stickers added. The furniture is different scales, which most children are not going to notice, but it is mostly 1:12 scale with the exception of the bed which is a little larger. The doll does not fit with the furniture or the house really, but she is a cute doll and comes with two extra outfits. Smaller dolls will fit well in the house, dolls and figures between 2-4 inches would work best with the furniture, dolls up to 6 inches would fit in the house but not with the tiny furniture. Most children would not care about the scale. The furniture is still fun to play with and arrange in the house.

I enjoyed putting it together with my toddler, the pieces are sturdy, basic directions. You can figure it out by looking at the picture, took all of 2 minutes to put it all together. Once it is together, my toddler did have a fit and she decided to toss it, the dollhouse stood its ground minus the furniture. which was also easy to put together. It's the basic flimsy cheap furniture that many companies use, nothing special. The divider on the inside is like a cardboard type material, one of the doors can open into another room. The slide and ladder parts easily fit, no complaints about that. I think it's decent for the price, I was honestly not expecting much but it's a nice little dollhouse, something to keep your toddler occupied. Based on how easy everything was, I can rate it 4 stars, it's sturdy, not expensive, comes with some furniture, a cute little doll (btw the doll is not flimsy imo and has 3 outfits). The only thing I'll say is that the doll doesn't make sense because the furniture items are very small? So she's kind of a giant.

My neice loves this dollhouse. I was so suprised at how easy it was to assemble. My neice couldn't wait to play with it. The pieces are all nice and durable and the dollhouse is very sturdy after it was fully assembled. My daughter played with it for hours and I played with her a little. It comes with some cute pieces of furniture. My niece was able to decorate each room the way that she wanted too. It is awesome. Overall, this is a nice and sturdy dollhouse. I was so surprised about how great the quality is because most dollhouse are expensive and this one is very affordable. It's worth every penny. This would definitely make a really nice Christmas gift or birthday present. This is a must have. You're kids will love it.

Compared to other similar plastic dollhouses, this is definitely more sturdy and well-made, which is why we have invested in two of them. It is colorful, comes with a lot of furniture ( although it is flimsy), and some of it is pretty neat -- like a piano and a slide. It comes with one pretty doll, however, she is not very modestly dressed. It is pretty compact and doesn't have fences that stretch out to trip over like some dollhouses. It is colorful and a nice addition to a girls' playset. I encourage dolls because they foster femininity in young girls, as well as creativity and give an optino for non-screen time imagination activities.

I didn't have super high hopes for this dollhouse, I've tried other smaller dollhouses for my daughters and they were not a big hit. This dollhouse is awesome! It's really easy to snap together, and there are a ton of accessories that come with it, that are really cute. My 6 year old has been having a lot of fun with this dollhouse.
