Extremely easy to fly! Lands by itself with one button. Also hovers in place by itself. Bought 2 for my 6 year-old twins and they operate with ease. It is fragile so would probably break with one medium impact crash. But if you pay attention (even for a small kid) you shouldn't crash it at all.

My son asked for a drone for Christmas. I came across these and for the money I thought I would give them a try. The one touch take off is nice and overall the controls are pretty easy. Like a lot of these “drones” they can take just so many crashes before something breaks however if you’re somewhat careful it’s fine. I would definitely recommend this helicopter. It does teach patience to younger flyers as well as concentration. In my opinion no younger than 8 years old, some may agree and some may disagree. Happy I went with this product.

As soon as I opened the box, I realized this unit had been used. The rotors were cracked, the tail boom was snapped, there were scratches on the remote, and a screw was missing from the battery compartment.

So, I turned this on, and flew it straight into the ceiling….my son freaked out and thought I broke it….good times. This little thing has some great power to it!!! And it does come with replacement parts in case you decide to fly it into the ceiling like I did. However, the rotors didn’t break so they are made well!!

Unfortunately this didn't last very long. Out little one was excited to get this for his birthday, which turned to sadness as it soon developed problems. Battery life is very short.
