This wheelchair worked perfectly for our disabled dog and allowed him become more active. It took him a while to get used to it. We enticed him with treats until he got used to pulling himself forward with his front legs. The vendor (PIBEIBUK) who sells this product really impressed me with their customer service. About the time I received the wheelchair, I also received a message from them referring to an assembly video, giving me suggestions on how to help my dog get used to the device, and letting me know that they would respond quickly to any questions or problems I might have. It turned out that I hadn’t measured my dog properly and had ordered a wheelchair that was too big for him. When I replied to their message and told them that, I got a return message within 4 hours and a new, smaller wheelchair was in the mail to me that same day. Now that’s excellent customer service!! All in all, I was very pleased with both the wheelchair and with the company who provided it.

Works well for our dachshund. We had to go a size up because the measurements given online are not the same when you get it. You can actually extend the rear and the handles on the sides. I could have went smaller if there was a description stating you can in fact widen or shorten it. The mesh holds okay but issues with the collar area. I would buy again just in a smaller size. Great if you’re unsure about what wheelchair is best. Great buy for the price. Our pet loves it and gives him freedom. Can interchange size mesh sizes small med large. The large it too big at the collar.

GREAT QUALITY! MY DOG COMPLETELY LOST USE OF BACK LEGS! WITH THIS PRODUCT AND EGG SHELL CALCIUM AND MOVING HER BACK LEGS SHE IS NO LONGER CRIPPLE AND HAS FULL USE OF HER LEGS. WHEN I FIRST PUT HER IN IT SHE WAS SO HAPPY TO RUN AROUND AGAIN WITH HER SISTER ON OUR BACK PATIO! KEEPING HER HAPPY AND WORKING HER LEGS NOW MY LITTLE DOG IS RUNNING AGAIN I AM HAPPY TO HAVE THE PRODUCT JUST IN CASE!

The media could not be loaded. With a few modifications, these wheels are great. The frame is sturdy and light. My 14 year old baby's back legs don't work, but it doesn't stop him from moving. It comes with two slings. I've had it for over a month and he's still using the first one. I took off one star because I had to modify the sling a lot- but the frame and wheels portion is worth the money by itself. To alter the sling, i had to cut out the center otherwise, he wouldn't be able to pee without peeing all over the sling. I also had to take it in a little because it's a little too big. I probably could use the sling in a smaller size. There is nothing that goes across the front of his chest, so I added a strap across the front so he doesn't slide out of it when he's walking. The sling attaches to the sides of the frame with some velcro, but it's not the sturdiest, so I added another removable velcro strap across the back.
