Pros: —this handle is simply the best way to get soap blended into the water, to work a nice lather into our dogs fur. It’s a little awkward at first, but it’s not at all heavy and any awkwardness is absolutely worth the utility that this provides. —the handle has a squeeze toggle grip to easily click the water on/off (with one hand), while bathing the dogs. This leaves the other hand free to manage the dog, which is very nice. —we use this with a traditional garden hose, so didn’t need the adaptors, but they’re a nice inclusion and won’t go to waste. It comes with all the necessary gaskets, so nothing leaks. —we installed both hot & cold water spigots so we could comfortably bathe our dogs outside and have found that some plastic fittings leak when the hot water passes through. This tool does not leak with hot, warm or cold water. Cons: —there is a dial on top that regulates the proportion of soap & water as it goes through the nozzle. It’s nearly impossible to turn, so it can’t be regulated on the fly. I thought that maybe the water pressure was locking it in place so tried adjusting it with the soap chamber & water off and it’s still nearly impossible to turn. This is the main reason why I’ve docked a star. This feature is not available to me because it won’t turn. (I needed to use pliers to get enough torque to set my units dial.) —this is probably my own lack of technique, but the soap chamber unscrewed when I was trying to suds up my pup’s belly. I wouldn’t dock a star for it as I’m sure my contortion to get down there likely untwisted the chamber, but it’s something to be mindful of. (I got a faceful of water the two/three times that I knocked it off!) Overall, it’s an awesome tool. I wish that dial worked for me as it would be nice to use fewer suds in places that aren’t as dirty, but it’s not troubling enough to ask for an exchange or return. If you bathe your dogs at home, you need this attachment!

Took some mild innovativeness to figure out how to make it work with my specific faucet set up (not a manufacturer issue...i use the washing machine faucets to make sure my dog's bath water is warm... otherwise he will make bath time very challenging). However, once I got that taken care of, this actually made bathing my dog much more efficient and quick. Does a great job of wetting my dog down to the skin and lathering the soap in. Fair warning... if you have the same set up as me make sure to NOT turn the water from the washer faucets on full blast. The quick couplings aren't strong enough to handle that kind of water pressure (learned that the hard and visually hilarious way). Fortunately, there's no need to turn the water up as high as I did the first time around. But yes... good product. I recommend.

Ok...this thing has been sitting on my counter for a couple of weeks!!!... I've been trying for days to figure out where all those yellow pieces go....there is no instructions and this thing is driving me nuts!! It has all these fancy attachments that I keep trying on it . My wonderful "fix-it-man" hubby even tried for half an hour to figure it out with no avail!! I was about to send the darn thing back and luckily decided to read the reviews hoping I'm not as dumb as it seems on this...well..it appears I am not! A kind person wrote and said to take the black adapter off that comes attached to the nozzle if you plan on just hooking it up to the hose...I did and Wa-Laa!!! It works. My question is, why in the world do they not have instructions, and how many people have returned it because they can't figure out a simple step that is crucial to using it?? Good grief!! Now it works like a dream...my dog is clean and I am happy!

A friend of mine ordered this and kept talking about it so I ordered one. Makes bath time so simple. Evenly spreads out the soap. Pretty much a foam gun for the doggo’s. Soap isn’t all in one area and rinses so much easier. You also use way less soap. The different spray patters are great and when you squeeze the handle it locks open until u click it again. Wished I woulda had this years ago.

The quality appears very good, but the connectors for a hose are not compatible with a normal hose. There were no instructions or advice included about what specifications of hose would work other than 1/2” or 3/4”, but I found that an average garden hose of those diameters does not work. Also, clarification on ID & OD fit hose size would be helpful to guide the user in purchasing the correct hose. ID may be 1/2”, but if the hose wall is too thick, the OD will prevent a successful fit. Update- I think over-thought the process too much & have solved the connection problems.

This product worked awesome for bathing my dog outside with the hose. It comes with many hose attachments which would be nice if you needed them. However, I live in the US and have a regular old garden hose and it took me coming to the comments to figure out how to attach it! There is a black piece attached to the end of the nozzle and it would not budge when I tried to remove it and I didn’t want to break it. It took me coming to the comments to figure out you needed a wrench to remove it. Then once that was off it screwed right in to my garden hose. It was all easy from there. I will be getting a lot of use from this!
