We ordered this for our Cavachon since she when she needs a break from our bigger dog, she likes to run in her old crate and hide. We looked around for something nicer looking and came upon this. This comes well packaged and was a bit difficult to unwrap. Once unwrapped it was easy to assemble even though the directions were terrible. It took a total of five minutes to set up and tie out. There are 10 poles total but you connect two each and after you've connected them, you slide them through the clothe openings like you would a tent. There are plastic connectors and then 5 black endcaps. I wish the end caps were white as they wouldn't stand out so much. My dog wad nervous at first but now goes in there all the time. The way I tied it off keeps it pretty stable and our big dog gets nervous about it they way it moves, so win win. The material is thicker and the stitching is well done. There are no defects, and I've no qualms or issues with this whatsoever. It is pricey but I understand why as it is well made compared to others I've seen at home goods. My only worry is that the creme will show dirt easier. However, it is washable and easy to take apart. I love the look and it seems to be the new focal point in our family room instead of the crate. It's a cute little "house" for a smaller dog, but not great for an active pup. It took maybe 15 minutes and my puppies had this disassembled and were dragging it around the room. It went back together ok and was easy to clean, but it just wasn't made for puppies.

So, I love this little teepee but my dog is not yet a fan. I think she will get used to it. She was a feral dog and I've had her for about a year and a half now. I got her a smaller teepee than this about 2 months after I got her and it was not a hit and I returned it. She's so amazing now and is actually a therapy dog who sees hospice patients and has come so far. She was open to laying in the teepee tonight but didn't want to stay in it. It's SO cute and nicely made and I think she will get used to it. For size reference, she is about 20 lbs. and this seems to be a good size for her. I love this thing and am going to make sure she loves it too! ;) ... show more

My little guys love their new teepee tent! It's adorable and the perfect size for a small dog. It was simple to put together. The white color may or may not last. Because the cushion piece is such an odd shape, it would be difficult to find a cover for it. I'll likely wrap a small crib sheet over it for a little added protection. Both of my cats love this teepee, materials are great quality, took about 5-10 minutes to build. The bed is the right amount of plush! I added a blanket for my cats the make biscuits. Fabric seems very durable & is the perfect size for my cats!
