Our dog is very playful and it is really not easy to trim her claws. I ordered the device, it was delivered super quickly and works perfectly. I didn't even need anyone to help me.Even with this claw grinder, it is not really any easier to trim her claws. But that is the dog's fault, not the device Unpacking the nail grinder revealed a pleasant surprise - a high-quality device that far exceeds my expectations, especially considering the attractive price. We've had the product for a few days and are quite happy with it so far. The noise level is really not very high - the light only helps to a limited extent with dark claws - you can see where the claw is between the hairs. However, it does take a while to file down a millimeter - we're still trying it out though - maybe you just need to press a little harder. Here are the main advantages - the device makes a high-quality impression and sits well in the hand - it has a pleasant weight - the noise level is absolutely bearable, but shy dogs can still be irritated - the grinder is fast on level 3 - level 1 requires a little patience, but is correspondingly quieter :) I am absolutely thrilled with this cordless nail grinder for dogs! The quiet function allows me to trim my dog's claws without scaring or disturbing him. When grinding, my Luna lies very relaxed on the floor. he first time I used it on the lowest setting, he was a bit restless when it came to paws. We then did all of his claws in small steps. On the second day, on the highest setting, he lays on his side and sleeps. I can finally trim his claws in peace and my dog isn't stressed. But it will take a few more sessions until the paws are perfect, but it will work!! Whats more, the surprising feature is the quiet operation of the nail grinder. The claw grinder seems very robust and it is also easy to use. There are three speed settings, with even the lowest setting producing good results. The two LED lamps are a real highlight of this product. They perfectly illuminate the area around my dog's claws, which allows me to work precisely and safely without using additional light. The light is not only a clever innovation, but also makes it easier to see the blood vessels in the nail - this prevents excessive grinding and protects the safety of my furry friend. The ability to choose between 3 speeds, as well as the 3 grinding openings for different pet sizes, make the trimmer extremely versatile. It is also very easy and comfortable to use. The size and weight are just right, and the ergonomic shape fits well in the hand. The device apparently came partially charged, so you can get started right away. I cannot say how long the battery lasts, as after just under half an hour we already had perfectly styled, pretty feet, experiences virtually no natural abrasion. The battery also lasts long enough to carry out several grinding processes without having to constantly charge it. So that even four dogs' claws can be trimmed in one go without having to recharge in between. You wouldn't believe how happy I am to have finally found something that I can do myself and that we no longer have to go to the vet just for the claws. That was borderline and it got to me to the core to hear my dog scream, even though she was acting up at times, but I didn't want that anymore. So now he only sees us for vaccinations and I already love the grinder. Great stress-free device for dogs that are afraid of claw clippers or scissors. I can even trim my dog's claws while he's sleeping without him getting nervous or me disturbing him!!! Love this tool! I have a pit bull and I’m able to use this to grind all of her nails. I love that it has 2 lights to help see the quick in her nails and I love that it is rechargeable and shows how much power remains. It is nice and quiet and my pit bull can actually lay down as I’m grinding her nails. The price is amazing too! You absolutely can’t go wrong buying this tool!

This is my first time buying nail clippers or a trimmer for my dogs, iv always had the groomers help me but now that we moved we havent found a new groomer yet and their nails needed to be done. Opening the box everything looked really nice, alot better then I expected especially for the price point. The light coming off the trimmer is strong and the grinding wheel wasnt too loud. My dogs were barking at it at first but within 2-3 minutes it was easy to use on their nails and they didnt seem to mind at all. I started off with the clippers and got the longest of the nails, everything else was pretty ok. I used the trimmer after the clippers to clesn up any edges the clippers made but overall it was easy and i feel i can confidently do this myself with ease now. The only reason this product isnt getting 5 stars is because it makes a mess with the nail dust and the area that the dust shoots out thenside i feel like could easily have a small plastic container for capturing the nail dust and then you can just empty it after each use. Besides the mess the trimmer worked great and the nail clippers we also easy to use and cut great without and damage to their nail. One cool feature on the clipper is a small guard that helps make sure you dont clip too much. Also the trimmer grinds the nail down super well but i touched it with my skin and it did not hurt me so its pretty safe while also working great. I would recomend this for sure and would buy again if i lost this set and needed another tomorow.

The delivery was prompt and the packaging was safe and well protected. I ordered this nail grinder because our dog has black nails, which were always a bit difficult to work with with nail clippers. With black nails, it is more difficult to cut the right spot without cutting into the so-called life. With this nail grinder, this is no problem, as you have a better handle on how much of the nails you have already ground down. 👍Arrived well packaged and quickly 👍Everything was perfectly packed in a sturdy box. 👍The device is sensationally quiet, even on level two. 👍The light is functional. 👍The claw grinder fits well in the hand. 👍Cordless operation with rechargeable feature. Its a huge plus for me. I had no cables in the way and could easily take the nail grinder with me wherever I went. 👍There is also a classic claw scissors. When using the nail grinder, you notice that its weight is ideal and that it sits very well and firmly in the hand thanks to the rubberized outer surfaces. The additional light can be switched on and off separately. It can help to improve visibility a little. We didn't like using it that much, however, as it can easily blind the animal. In my opinion, the biggest advantage is the very quiet way the grinder works. It can run at two speeds. In my opinion, the faster speed is actually the quieter option. But at both speeds, you have to get very close to the device to hear the working noises of the motor. This is a big advantage if, like us, you have an animal that is sensitive to noise and I like to notice which noises it hasn't had such good experiences with. I only needed 10 minutes for all 4 paws, not a single claw bled and my dog was totally relaxed the whole time and was almost asleep. This varies from dog to dog, of course, but the noise level is acceptable - it could be quieter, but since the noise comes from the grinding itself and not from the motor, it's hard to change that. But still satisfied!! It is a real relief that we can now care for our beloved furry friend's nails at home without the stress of a visit to the pet salon. I can therefore recommend buying this high-quality and practical device with a clear conscience. The price/performance ratio is absolutely fine at just under $20.

When she was a kitten, my cat used to let me cut her claws fairly easily. Then my husband got the brilliant idea to put "soft paws" on her claws so she couldn't damage furniture, and from then she was totally traumatized. Ever since, cutting her claws has become a two-person job... my husband would grab her by the scruff and I would use clippers to cut her claws. She would fight and squeal and try to get away the whole time. It's a nightmare. I decided to try this device because it was advertised as being so quiet. When it arrived, I turned it on near her ear so she wouldn't be freaked out when I used it, and it absolutely did not phase her at all. I then started trying to grind down one of the rear claws on the Low setting while she was napping. She woke up and let me keep doing it! After I finished the first one, she decided that was enough and walked away. She then came back and I was able to hold her and do both of her front paws while she sat there and purred. I kept thinking, "who are you and what have you done with my cat?" Her claws were no longer sharp, and the light on the device made it easy for me to see how low I had cut them. There were no little shreds left, just smooth, soft claws. The next day, I did her rear claws on Medium. I figured since those were thicker, it might go faster and it did. Again, she purred while I ground them down, and before I knew it, we were done. It was so easy and my cat didn't become a Tasmanian devil in the process. Including a pic of my happy kitty after it was over. I only have two slightly negative comments: (1) the light did not stay on when I put it on Medium. I don't know if the one I got has an issue or if I did something wrong, but I am checking with customer service. (2) It does smell a bit while grinding, and it leaves nail dust all over. But that happens when I get my nails done, so it doesn't surprise me. It's a small price to pay to not traumatize my cat any more. In any event, all I can say is that if your cat becomes a basket case when cutting claws and you are looking for a solution, THIS is it. Run, don't walk. Order it. You won't be sorry!

My dogs nails were getting way too long. I have two small dogs one has harder nails the other has softer nails I was tired of going to the groomers and spending extra amount of money. I was shopping on Amazon I came across this grinder and also included some clippers. The price was unbeatable so I took the risk and purchased it on a late night. I got it the next day, and immediately took it out. I saw on the box that there was three different types of grinders soft medium and coarse. I got my little French bulldog and popped on the soft grinder first. He took an harm to it at all. Just sat there patiently until I was done with his left paw. I would say it took me about 5 to 7 minutes per paw to do a good job. I was done in about 30 minutes. Then try it out clippers. The other dog had some harder nails (Boston terrier). She didn’t care for the grinding too much that’s why I started with the clippers I got it to a really good length before the vein. No flinching or anything nice clean cuts. You may wanna wear some glasses or something like that to protect your eyes from the clippings. After I was done clipping her I tried using the grinder she would let me for about 10 seconds at a time. I made a nice move finish I used the medium grinder on her toes. I’ve got to say that it’s been a huge relief for the dogs now they’re able to run around and I have to worry about their toenails getting caught. This nail trimming kit works and will get the job done, but the overall quality is just average. The clippers are functional, but they don’t feel as sturdy or sharp as higher-end options, which can make trimming take a little more effort. We purchased this because my dog has seizures. Due to his seizures, we had to stop taking him to get groomed. Normally we would just clip them, but I found when we clip his nails, they leave his nails sharp. I was shopping on Amazon, and I came across this grinder which also included some clippers. The price was great and not more than the nail grinder I bought myself. Therefore, we decided to try this grinder to help with our dogs' nail sharpness and I’m so happy we did! It took two days to deliver and when I opened the package, I saw on the box that there were three different types of grinders soft medium, and coarse. We decided to charge it until it was time to use it. My dog is a chihuahua and corgi mix, and his nails are not that thick. I did have to let him sniff it as he’s not a fan of foreign objects. First, I turned on the grinder to get my dog used to the sound to avoid scaring him the first time use. The noise isn’t too loud where he was terrified, so it was helpful to just have it run for a little while without it being used on him right away. When he gets overwhelmed, he does have a seizure so we had to be sure this would work. He was not scared of the noise so that was a plus! After about 4/5 minutes we felt he was ready for us to use it on him. We started on the lowest speed to start with as he’s not the biggest fan of getting his nails grinded. I was skeptical about the level of power and noise this little grinder was going to have. The one I use for my feet is loud and my dog is not a fan. The power was not at all an issue and the noise isn’t as loud for the amount of power it gives. It’s not loud at all and helps with the sharpness of his nails after clipping them. I’m so happy it works, money well spent It took about 15 minutes for me to be done. We only charged it once and have used it twice since there. It is extremely helpful to have at the house a special needs dog! Now he is back to running around and we don’t have to worry about him scratching up the furniture or our bodies. I highly recommend it if you’re looking to do your dog’s grooming at home. Make sure you work with a paper towel or towel, so the nail clippings aren’t getting everywhere. If you’re looking to save some extra money or if you have a special needs dog as I do and cannot make grooming visits but also keep your dog happy, I think this nail grinder is perfect!
