I let my friend use my shears, which left me without anything. I have hair lil furball sheltie's that are masters at growing fur, fur, and MORE fur. We are OVER winter early and going right in to warmer temps, so the monsters need a good scalping to allow air through. If I don't puppy cut them down they won't DO anything cuz they are too hot. I like the curved feature cuz of the flexibility it gives and makes the process quick. The stink eye I get for daring to make them endure the procedure is hilarious, so I try to get it done in record time, while trying not to butcher cut the lil darlings. These do the job, they are sharp enough, the right weight for me to contend with and size is perfect for getting into the areas needed

Never have I ever had dogs that required such hair trimming on a weekly basis. But these scissors worked great . Sharpness ,great value of costand feels good in the hands. Easy to use

I chose these for my doodle puppy to keep him trimmed around his face based on the reviews for sharpness, well not sharp at all! My puppy is very good patient with grooming " for a 4mo old Aussie doodle" I used these new out of the box and they would cut without pulling my little guy.. I do have experience trimming and this was horrible he wanted nothing to do with his grooming until I put them away.. so disappointed and trying to return for a refund is such a hassle.. having to go to UPS with box.. got what I paid for! Garbage.
