It states in the product description - DURABLE & TOUGH - this is not the case. My 9 pound dog has chewed off the arms and this is a choking hazard. I emailed the supplier and they have not responded. (even though they state that they will provide a solution within 24 hours). It also states - AFTER-SALE WITH 2 YEAR RETURN GUARANTEE. This does not seem to be the case. When I took it out it smelled so weird like chemicals. I washed it a couple times, I’ve had it for a couple months now and there’s been no problems since. My dog chews up everything, but he hasn’t chewed this toy up yet.
