My dog loves it. She’s 35 lbs and she has plenty of room. The only thing is that the leash that attaches to the dog opened by itself, even though my dog didn’t move a lot.     • Kind of a pain to clean

I love this car seat for the size! I have a frenchie so while a smaller one would work, she is entirely way more comfortable in this. In a smaller suv, this takes up a seat and a half. This is also NOT ideal for a pickup with a smaller back seat, as it will hang over the lip of the seat and slide. We learned that the hard way. If it has a full size back seat, you'll be fine, just no half seats. Another issue is how you clean this. Crumbs and fur accumulate like mad under the bolsters but are easy to vacuum. Problems occur when you remove the cover and wash it. There is a thin fiber mesh stabilizer that makes it slightly difficult to put it back over the foam. I ended up ripping it in places but it has not effected the overall quality. I add a cooling blanket or a fuzzy blanket in winter to keep her warmer. Holds her toys as well so she is fully entertained. ... show more

My dog loves this bed so much!! I love it because it protects my leather seats. It hooks into the latch system in the car and can go around the headrest. The bed is very soft and comfortable. It is very easy to clean. It did take a good three days before he would lay in it. It had a bit of a factory smell and I think that was why. However, as you can see, he is quite comfortable in it now. We use it every day around town but he has been on a few long road trips in it and had loved it. ... show more

We bought the Large size for our new Siberian Husky puppy to grow into it. The quality is fantastic, and very comfortable for the dog. It has nice side pockets to store toys or leash. It may look silly in the photo, but it folded well to fit between my two boys when we picked up the puppy. Again, this is the Large size and this is what it looks like in the back seat of a Honda Odyssey van. We also bought a bungee dog seat buckle on Amazon to clip to the back of his harness while he rides in the car. He appeared very content and slept the 2 hours home. We are on week three with the bed and use it every weekday morning to hook puppy into and drop the boys off at school. It’s holding up well and our pup falls asleep every time.     • Not worth the money esp if you have a new pup

I bought this for my sedan sized car and my medium sized puppy. Initial thoughts were it was really easy to put the foam in and looked great in the cad. My puppy loved it. I had some trouble figuring out how to wrap all the belts around so my puppy was secure in the seat. It worked well for what I needed. However, the quality is much cheaper than I thought for the price. When my puppy tried to jump out of the car while still belted, the belt that held up the back part that covers the seat completely ripped off. Fine. I tucked that part under and kept the bed since it was still able to secure to the seat. Then my puppy started to scratch at the fabric to get settled in and he easily ripped multiple holes in the fabric and the bedding. I won’t be buying this again. We have a new dog who is a goldendoodle. She loves our Scotty’s car seat but it’s too small. I wish this was a little firmer but it does the job.
