Three of my dogs are Great Danes, so have VERY short fur. The only brush in this kit that might do any good is the black rubber one. The self-cleaning slicker brush has balls on the ends, so it’s great for the dog’s skin, but doesn’t catch much fur on my Danes. My fourth dog is a mixed breed with a little longer fur. The slicker brush works better on her. I haven’t used the bath comb yet, but it’s heavier and feels like it will be easier to hold. The de-shedding tool does no good with my short-haired dogs. With all that being said, all items seem well made and should last for a while. It’s a great price if you have multiple dogs with different coats. I might try the de-shedding tool on my friend’s toy poodle and see how it does since it won’t do much for my dogs.

This pet brush set is great! It comes with four completely different kind of brushes and combs, that means that weather your brushing a golden retriever, a cat, or a pit bull the brushes can handle any kind of fur. For my pittie, it worked out great as the two rubber brushes were the best options to get his deep down matted hair out, and help him to shed a lot less throughout the house. The brushes are easy to clean and easy to use. They appear to be fairly durable, and they really work to remove he deep matted hair. For the price, I would be willing to buy this set again, and I think they are a pretty good value.

Very well made. Works well. The button to push out the self-cleaning slicker brush great for not having to stop to clean the brush while your pup runs off. Actually, my pup loves the bigger bath brush for massaging. I believe these brushes help with all the fur in the house

These are an OKAY quality, the Self-Cleaning Slicker Brush's body is made from pretty sturdy plastic, but the bristles are very flimsy they tend to bend easily while gently brushing my cats who have no matting or issues with their short fur, the flimsy bristles do cause them to get a bit stuck when they retract. The trigger that releases bristles and retracts them is a quite loud click that scares my cats away so I have to click it in another room and then bring it to where I brush them. I've not used the bath brushes yet as I haven't needed to bathe them recently, will update once I use them.

This is a great set for the money. I love how easy it is to click the slicker brush in place and click it again to remove the hair. It also brushes easily on my Klee Kai who has long-ish thick hair (think Husky but small) I haven't had a chance to use the other peices yet, but i'm already impressed.

As a multiple dog family there is always a need for a good brushing and de-shedding, especially on our Labrador and Great Dane! The rubber brushes worked great with our Boxers as their hair isn’t long enough for the metal ones! Excellent buy at a great price!

Our goldendoodle tends to get matted. Having the dematter in this was a game changer. the last time we took her to the groomer we got scolded for letting her hair get matted towards the skin. The groomer recommended a dematter and so we got this. Our Goldendoodle tolerates it well.

This is a great quality, very affordable 4 pc Pet Brush Set. It comes with a deshedding tool, massage brush, shampoo brush and a self cleaning slicker tool . The set is blue and black in color. The lightweight tools are made of a very durable mix of rubber, metal and plastic. The set works well on short haired pets but not so well on long haired pets. My recently adopted kitten was rescued from outside so she has knots and tangles. None of the tools worked on her knots. They just pulled at her hair and she was not happy. So it was a no go for her. They worked great though on my short haired tabby. You have to decide whether this will work for your pet.
