I honestly have had a lot of trouble shopping for toys to use with partners. Things tend to not come in plus-size friendly options. This is an exception to that. The toy is extremely soft for rubber and keeps the jaw open to promote drooling. It doesn't force the jaw open painfully or feel too tight around the head unless tightened extra for that little bit of discomfort on purpose. Besides the obvious shape, i decided to get this one instead of a ball due to jaw issues. The ball gag may have the mouth remain uncomfortably positioned, so this option pulls more on the cheeks and the shape allows the mouth/jaw to be in a less stressful position. I was worried, I have a smaller mouth. So I was nervous that the gag wouldn't fit comfortably in my mouth, but it did! It's so comfortable for me. It's a little harder than I was expecting, but I really wouldn't change a thing about it. I love how tight or loose it can be. It does make me drool a bit (but I don't mind that), I have a undercut, so I was worried that that parts would put my hair out. But, it didn't (I'm so happy about that).
