"The padding on these restraints isn’t just ""uncomfortable""—it’s like pressing your skin against a stack of rough cardboard covered in sandpaper. It’s paper-thin, rock-hard, and feels like it’s actively trying to irritate your skin with every movement; even a five-minute wear leaves red, sore marks that linger for hours. This isn’t a ""needs thicker material"" issue—it’s a failure to include any functional padding at all, as if the manufacturer forgot that restraints are supposed to not feel like a form of punishment. And don’t get me started on the leg straps. I have average-sized legs—nothing bulky, nothing out of the ordinary—and yet the velcro might as well be a toddler’s arts-and-crafts project. It’s so short, I had to yank and strain just to get the two ends to barely touch, and even then, it pops loose the second I shift . It’s not a ""snug fit""—it’s a battle against a strap that’s clearly designed for someone with legs thinner than a pencil. Wearing it feels like trying to tie a shoelace that’s 3 inches too short: frustrating, useless, and borderline painful. The lack of non-slip material inside is a disaster waiting to happen. The arm restraints don’t just ""move up and down""—they slide around like greased eels, shifting wildly every time you breathe. One second they’re positioned where you need them; the next, they’ve slipped up to your elbows or down to your wrists, leaving you exposed and struggling to readjust. It’s not just inconvenient—it’s unsafe. If you’re relying on these to stay secure, you might as well be holding onto a wet bar of soap. To make matters worse, the velcro is a sadistic afterthought. It’s not just ""larger than the strap""—it’s a jagged, scratchy mess that sticks out like a burr, rubbing against your skin every time you move. I ended up with tiny, raw scrapes on my arms and legs after 10 minutes of wear, like I’d been brushed against a wire brush. It’s not a minor annoyance; it’s a design flaw that turns every use into a mini torture session. And let’s talk about the hardware—if you can even call it that. The clips weren’t just ""uneven"" out of the box; one was bent so badly it looked like it had been run over by a truck, and the other was so loose, it fell apart in my hand the first time I tried to fasten it. This isn’t ""not the best"" quality—it’s cheap, flimsy garbage that feels like it’ll break completely after two uses. Overall, this product isn’t just ""unimpressive""—it’s a dangerous, poorly made disaster that has no business being sold. It doesn’t need ""a few upgrades""; it needs to be pulled off the market entirely, redesigned from scratch, and tested by someone who actually understands how to make a functional, non-painful restraint.
