This lounger came on time and just as advertised. The Pad needs to swell back because it is vaccum packed for shipping so give it some time and you will be pleased. We have it on our Patio for about a year and no complaint here. It's durable just as advertised. We are not small People, I weigh 270lbs and it hasn't broken yet. I would buy it again!! Thank you.

The topper mat was disappointing. Very thin, and the picture was very deceptive in my opinion. Flattens very easy. Again, in my opinion, the topper is thin due to keeping the weight of the item down for shipping. When opening the product, the topper was as flat as a pancake. Looked like the air was removed from the packaging.

Great lounge chairs. Pre- assembled and easy to set up. Cushion is thinner than pictured on Amazon but is comfortable enough. Sturdy frame. Only bad thing for me is I wish it had one more back setting to raise the back to complete upright position. All in all very good product. Fire pit not included.

The product is okay. It was too large to fit in our camping load out. Not a big deal, right? The vendor makes you pay the return shipping cost and it’s more than the cost of the item. I am not a fan of this vendor.
