This lounger came on time and just as advertised. The Pad needs to swell back because it is vaccum packed for shipping so give it some time and you will be pleased. We have it on our Patio for about a year and no complaint here. It's durable just as advertised. We are not small People, I weigh 270lbs and it hasn't broken yet. I would buy it again!! Thank you.

Pros: - Somewhat sturdy - Adjustable seat back Cons: - Not comfortable at all - Pad that comes with it might as well not even come with it as it does nothing - Have to buy extra padding to not hit the middle bar with your hips Overall: - If you're looking for a one stop shop for a nice cot or lounge chair, this is not it - I ended up buying two additional padded covers and it still not as comfortable as I'd like it - Shop around for other options

Quality of the mattress was nothing like the photo. Poor quality. I specifically bought this because of the mattress. Now I am attempting a return and I am getting a huge run around. Amazon agreed to the return and sent me an UPS return label. Then I get another email telling me the label is no longer valid. Amazon is losing my business after this debacle. I spend an a lot of money as a Prime member. I return very few items even when I should have. The lounge chair is built fairly well but the hardware will rust. Overall, to me this is just totally false advertising. Something Amazon is notorious for doing. I would not recommend this product or merchant.

Easy to set up (it's already assembled, just take out the box and unwrap!). I expected the mattress to be flat and cheaply made, but was pleasantly surprised with the quality (it's fluffy and material is good quality). It also has a side pocket which is a nice touch. I love it.

Product is not what it appears to be in photos with Size and thickness of the cushion. First off they photoshopped the woman smaller to make the chair seem wider than it really is. That’s not the case at all. Secondly the photos makes you think it’s going to have good thickness in padding…. Also not the case. It’s basically two sheets and some pocket lent they pulled out of there pockets that day sewn together. Not all stylish it’s practically a wish dot com embarrassment.
