First of all, it took 10 days to arrive. Very frustrating given that there were times I checked on the shipping status and it said "unknown". 2 stars Second, I disagree with all the "it's too shiny, it's not matte enough" feedback. No patina for me, so maybe it's the mirror/lighting? (I use a 10x magnification mirror with lots of light) It's dark and black, and very easy to apply, even to my 'mature' lady eyes. 5 stars Third, on it's own it definitely does not have the staying of my other fave brand, Stila. Wings with Stila liner stick around for at least a few hours; wings with this liner didn't last an hour. However, it DID stay on my actual eyelids where I reinforce all my liner with eyeshadow. 4 stars Fourth, it comes off easily with makeup remover. Probably because it's not as powerful as Stila. But I like that it comes off easily - that's a plus for me. 5 stars So overall - I'll give 4 stars. Whether or not I buy again depends entirely on how long it lasts. I get 4-5 months out from Stila (black only), so I get the same out of Docolor, it becomes the better buy!

First off I really love this eyeliner because it is super waterproof and it does stay on a while. This is my third time ordering because I keep wanting to give it another chance. The first time I bought two of them and one of them all of a sudden it would not stay closed. It would just come back off and it dried out. Ordered a second time the same thing happened all of a sudden the top would not stay on and it would click back off making it dry out. Third times the charm let’s see how this one goes. I would give it the five stars if someone could tell me exactly what the problem is why the lid won’t stay on. Because without it on, it’s pointless.

I bought the brown. It dries to a dark coffee brown. The pen is easy to handle. The ink flows evenly from the felt tip. It will not smudge or transfer. This is a high quality product that will not irritate your eyes. I like that there is no tugging during application. I will buy this again. The Japanese ink is beautiful

I was excited about getting this eyeliner because currently I use a Stila waterproof liquid eyeliner pen, and I love it. However, it is SO expensive and *sometimes* it is a little TOO waterproof. I love that the Stila eyeliner does not BUDGE while you sleep, and last fall when I had severe allergies and my eyes were watering constantly, I had no issues. Now that it's summer time, I wanted an eyeliner that is just as good but that I wouldn't have trouble washing off before going to bed. WOW. This pen has so many issues. First, I tried to apply it after applying eye shadow. Nope, wouldn't go on. I didn't panic, because I know that when my Stila pen is running low on ink, it doesn't like being applied over eye shadow. So today, I tried applying it on my naked eye. Again, NOPE. It starts to write, and then goes dry, and then STARTS TO WIPE AWAY THE EYELINER YOU'VE ALREADY APPLIED. Literally, it started to look like I took a clean Q-tip to the middle of the drawn line. Second... there is no way it's water proof. I was working on getting it to actually apply to my eyelids for a good 10 minutes, and when I was over it because the ink just wouldn't come out, I took a wet Q-tip and wiped the entire line away. Just like that. Gone. Like it was never there. The style and design of the pen is great - I love the felt tip eyeliners. And the price was GREAT considering the $22 I pay for a Stila pen. But this eyeliner is absolutely useless and I would return it if I could, on principal, even though it was a measly six bucks. Save your money (and the time it takes to reach you, since it isn't a prime product) and try another brand.

This is the only liquid eyeliner I use. The pen has enough liquid to do both eyes and doesn’t liquify inside the waterline against the lashes. Wears until I wash off without bleeding

I was honestly on the verge of giving up on finding a decent eyeliner till I tried this. I had used gel eyeliner for such a long time and eventually got tired of all the little pots drying out and brushes everywhere. I switched to pen liner and like most of the people here, found Physician's Formula to be pretty good. I actually still use the brown Physician's Formula brush pen liner every day, but the black version doesn't work on me for some reason. My eyes always start watering when I wear it, and even though it holds up for a long time under perfect conditions, it definitely won't if your eyes are watery and you're rubbing them the whole night. I finally figured out it was the Physician's Formula liner and switched to this Docolor eyeliner. I almost thought the reviews were too good to be true, especially at such a low price point. I'm here to say that it's true! Look no further. Super dark black, wears like iron, no clogs/flows out well, easy to draw a fine or thick line, very simple to use (honestly doesn't get simpler than a felt tip pen). I had some hesitation that the felt tip would clog after awhile or dry out but I've been using mine for months now and it doesn't look like it's slowing down. If I have any gripes, it's that I wish it had a matte finish instead of glossy, but this is a minor gripe. Also, it would be fantastic if it came in other colors!!
