So, I am going to try to make this review as detailed as humanely possible. I purchased this kit for my 07 335i, the original kit does come with regular H7 halogen bulbs. I did have to reinforce the weather stripping with silicone sealant as some reviews will mention because it was done very poorly but that wasn't too big of an issue for me. I waited a whole month for write this review to see how the lights will perform. I did do some modifications as I did not like the halogen bulb look, they are also not bright at all. You do not have to do this, but I did to really make the kit look OEM and pop out at night. I purchased an HID bulb upgrade ballast kit to get rid of the yellow halogen bulbs and make it white and bright at night. Once you do THAT, then this headlight kit really looks good and stands out. Lastly, I recommend that you get everything installed by a BMW certified tech. As it is not directly plug and play if you wish to do the modifications I have done. All in all though, great kit would definitely recommend to any E90 owners if they want to modernize their Bimmer! ... show more

2008 bmw 328i e90. The headlights are a big upgrade from stock. Looks very good and easy to install. Pros: - easy installation. Plug and play. - very bright led lights: turn signals, halos - makes the car look more modern and gives it a great look - fitment is almost spot on. Cons: - low and high beams are halogen bulbs that arent very bright - its sealed but it looks a little sloppy Tips: - reuse the body nuts and clips off of the old headlights - i bought h7 and h1 led lights but they didnt fit. Most led lights are oversized because it has a fan on the back of it which made it too big for the light to not fit properly. I suggest trying a fanless or true to size h7/h1 led light - there are many wires on the back of the headlights, you only need to connect just one. - because the seal looked sloppy, i reinforced it with silicone sealant to prevent any leaks or moosture build up. ... show more

These headlights fit fine for me 07 e90 335i, the angel eyes are bright and it really transforms the look of your car I'd recommend you buy them. Only issue is that the protection isn't perfectly flat and one of the bulbs tend to flicker a bit

Lights look great and work as designed! I have a 2006 E90 325i and it fit well. Be VERY carful when taking old headlight off, make sure all clips and bushings are saved off the old lights, new lights do not include these. There are two white plastic mount bushings on top of old light that may break so you may want to buy new ones or be prepared to improvise! It was plug and play but there were a couple of extra wire harness parts that were not used and LED resister that needs to be mounted. All in all, went well but you need a little mechanical ability. If you’ve never taken off body parts on your car, better use a mechanic. ... show more

The good 1. Look good 2. Bright halos The bad 1. Inner lens condensation (reduced by sealing with permatex gasket maker) 2. Can’t adjust 3. Lights are awful dim, can’t drive at night unless I keep the brights on. 4. Drivers side halo stopped working 5. Passenger side blinker stopped working 6. Over all the lights look good. The only problem is the low beam light bulbs only lasted 3 days. Both went out a day apart.
