Assembly isn't hard, but it is complicated, and the instruction sheets aren't really instructions. They are just low resolution pictures that give no detail. However, there is a QR code that takes you to helpful videos. Don't make my mistake of turning the hinge adjustment too far counterclockwise and having the thing fall apart. It took a hour to get it back together right, and can't explain how I did it. The middle arm of then adjust hinge attaches to the moveable door. A little difficult to put together and I'm very handy. I love the lock mechanism for the screws but they are hard to remove (need a magnetic screw driver). The screws for the drawer hinges will not screw in properly so my drawer isn't on the track. The design should've been similar to a dresser drawer (bottom hinge) and that would've worked better. The lights have a mind of there own. Difficult to change colors. I hit the remote numerous times and it selects its own color so I just leave it.     • Frustrating assembly process!

Had to wait about 2 weeks and a half for my tv stand to come. I contacted the seller after the first week so they can get in contact with ups to speed up the delivery process, and they did, because I eventually received my stand. Which came in two boxes, one came on Wednesday and the second came on Friday of the same week. The whole assembly process was a bit tedious and frustrating, especially toward the last steps, which were to build the draws. You had to drill your own holes for the metal tracking that closes and opens the draws. And also after doing this the screws inside the tracking interfere with the tracking to even work. But I figured out how to fix it by making my own drill holes on the last hole of the tracking. Nevertheless; it was built successfully. Extra note, this isn't the most sturdy tv stand and if you have a lot of entertainment stuff, then this isn't the stand for you. It doesn't really have much storage space like what you can get with many other tv stands. As you can see with the picture I provided, I had to put my surround system on the side of it because it did not fit. This is a tv stand for the look and simplicity of having one or two things in it. Also this particular tv stand says it holds up to a 70" tv. And mine is a 75" Samsung tv. And it still fits as well, snug, but still fits. Also, hopefully you have enough space to lay out all the pieces, they are pretty big and take up a lot of space during the assembly process. And also try to build it in the place where it will stay, please don't try moving it with your tv or any weight on it! Or it will probably break on you.     • Not the best designed furniture

I really like the way this looked in the pictures, and even in application. It fits the space nicely and despite what others have reported it actually is pretty sturdy. Three things to note: 1) The instructions for installing the LEDs are non-existent. They are there, but all they say is to check the LEDs to make sure they are working before installing them. It doesn't actually tell you how they should be installed and the way the cabinet is designed does not make it obvious as to how they should be installed to hide wiring. You'll need to be creative. 2) This mounts pretty much flush to the wall, meaning there is no way you're getting cords behind it. I actually had to create another hole in the top of the cabinet and then saw out a void in the bottom lip against the wall so that I could get the cords down without seeing the wires from the front. This was the most annoying thing to deal with and thank god I have an abundance of tools on hand. 3) The piece is heavy. The anchors and screws they send to hang this on the wall are not sufficient. I went to Lowe's and got toggle bolts to secure it to the wall. You can sit 500 lbs. on top of this now and it's not going anywhere unless it takes the entire wall with it. I would suggest finding something a bit more easy and better designed unless you're handy. In all I spent a good 4 hours on this from start to finish. Looks good now that it's completed. Its a good product for the price. Shorter than expected but you get used to it. LED lights work but they don't stick very well and keep falling. Super cute piece. Was able to fit a 65” tv on it too perfectly. I Don't regret buying. 7.5/10

The TV stand definitely stands out! It is a piece that people can't stop looking at. I have seen the reviews by some people that it is not sturdy. However, I disagree. If it on built correctly, it 9s very sturdy. I build things all the time and therefore know how the hardware is suppose to work, such as the cam locks. You have to insert them a certain way and them lock them in with a screw driver. You wouldn't know this if you are not familiar with this piece of hardware. I do agree the instructions leave a lot to be desired for beginners and that is why I took off one star. Other than that it is a great product. ... show more
