These stools are great! The fabric is very nice and the quality is there. They are a little tall for counter height, they fit right under my counter. The foot attachments didn’t glide very nicely so i removed them (can be unscrewed) and applied a felt stickers to help them slide quieter and easier on my hard floors. First of all these chairs look good, and are relatively easy to assemble. My issue lies with the sizing. Needed 18" in width for the seat(which the description says they should), and they came in a width of 16". Contacted seller, and their initial response was to say there is a chance for the height to be slightly different than advertised, and to provide photos. I had to reiterate that my issue was with the width of the seat, and provided the attached photos. They responded with an apology, and an offer of a small amount off ($35). I responded with I didn't want money off, I need the correct seat width. They then responded that they would have to check with their manufacturer, to have this corrected, and reproduced, and they could send me a shipping label to return the chairs, and a link to purchase a completely different style chair with a small discount. This exchange went back and forth twice more with me giving up because these chairs are perfect for the decor in my home, but not thr correct Seat width. Very dissatisfied with the lack of quality control on this companies part. Just would like what was advertised, and was expecting to get. ... show more

The wooden part where your feet can rest keeps breaking. The nails do not hold them in strong enough for somebody to rest their feet. Nails slide out and scrape the legs. Always have to pop them back in and now I have to tell people to be careful because it will break. Wish this wasn’t a problem because these chairs are gorgeous in person. ... show more

Everything about this survey was more than I expected. I ordered two sets of two giving out a total of four. This piece for the lining of my kitchen area. I was looking for something modern but something that wasn’t like a Chesterfield. This was very chic, and well put together. The instructions are simple and clear, just to be safe. I did use a waterproof fabric spray on it because I just love it so much I don’t want anything to happen to it. The seller definitely is one of the greatest when it comes to keeping up with shipping and tracking. This order actually came on time with no late delivery. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for something new to liven up their home in the kitchen area. June 27, 2023 Update: The sturdiness of these chairs require for an updated review. The wooden panel fall apart and are hard to keep screwed back on. I am just so dissapointed. I am barely home, but when I came back and took a seat, one chair had broken a part. The quality of the wood is not even worth the overcharge of the chairs. I highly discourage anyone buying. This is a lemon, but you wont find out until a month or two later. I am just reviewing now, since I have to order new chairs from a different company because of the failure of this expensive set. Rating changed from a 5 star review to 1 ... show more
