I have gotten one of these before and it worked just fine. So I would still recommend it. I’m just sad/ disappointed cause the one I just got will not turn in unless it is plugged in. I let it charge for 3 hours and then over night and it still does not work. However they have great costumer service and reply to emails to find a resolution.

Luckily they included a second one but it metal in the core with a silicone coating on it. So it has no flex at all. The softer one is more gentle for sure. I don’t see how to contact the seller and get a new tip. I’ll keep looking. Otherwise I’ll exchange it and add my own extra glue to it in hopes it stays on longer. It also comes with a pimple popper kit, which I wasn’t expecting. But don’t be fooled. There’s no way to attach it to the camera/light base, so if you find a pimple in your ear those tools are useless.

This is great if you want a super cheap option, the only things I’m finding is that the light gets very hot inside your ear so you can only use it for about 8-10 seconds at a time. It was also too short for my ear, so a longer extension would be nice.

I was always told you’re never suppose to put Q-Tips inside your ear…. Well I do it every single day after I get out of the shower so I decided to buy this to see how dirty my ears were…. They were super clean inside, only reason I knocked a star off of this product is because I was using the scraper to remove a very little piece of ear wax just to try it out and my ear ended up bleeding, I was very gentle but it still bled, overall I’ll still keep the device just to use without any tips to check my families ears but I won’t ever use the tip to clean them that’s for sure. Picture quality is decent for the price, everything hooked up right away with an iPhone 12 and no issues.
