I picked up the 1000 w/3 solar panels on a good sale price. the box arrived the next morning in a blank box. this is great to prevent thieves. open the box and all I get are the battery and the solar adapter, no solar panels or car adapter. there is no separate shipping number as if the panels would come in a separate box. if this was some 3rd party reseller I would be less upset at an order screw up. but when you order from big company direct store you expect better control of the customer experience. the unit works great, although I can't test the solar charging at this point in time. it charges very quickly and is quiet. the display is easy to read. I have typically gone with Anker for portable battery solutions and DJI is just as good as the other big names. the casing is sturdy and handles are nice sized yet non obtrusive. so for the battery it's 5/5 stars. solar panels is ?/? stars. customer satisfaction with transaction is 2/5 stars. update: after a week I contacted 5 different amazon reps and DJI about not getting all the ordered components and no progress. I am now asked to return the item across the country at my expense and apply to be reimbursed. DJI didn't want to get involved to help in this so DJI lost a potential customer thanks to Amazon. all they had to do was ship the solar panels, but that is too much to ask in exchange for the money I paid them. ... show more
