Me acaba de llegar la cámara y por el precio no vale la pena porque no trae nada extra de lo que dice en la descripción así que ojo con este detalle ..por el simple echo de ponerte un cover duro para cargar los propios acesorios que trae ella este vendedor te está cobrando $400 dólares más del precio real del producto por un cover que cuesta $20 dólares 🙈 no la recomiendo . This gimbal is awesome, I always wanted a gimbal but was hesitant to pay for one if it sucked. Saw someone use this one on Tik Tok and said I had to have it. This one does not suck definitely worth the money, although if you have a case on your phone the holder may not grip properly. I had to get a bumper case for my iPhone Pro Max but I really like the look and feel of my phone now. This Works with my Samsung Note 10+ !!! Some folks said my phone was too big for this stabilizer but if you follow the app and calibrate properly, it works like a charm! Best investment I've made for my phone and the video quality is insane good. I bought this device for a trip to the holy land. It was amazing to use for keeping stability walking up mountains or down stairs. The only issue I had was the phone an iPhone 8 plus had trouble mounting because I have a case on my phone. I have not used many of the advanced features yet. I would like to use the tracking feature so I can place the device on a stand or table to record video with me in it. ... show more

    • Works maybe half the time - horrible sound when recording through app.
As a single entrepreneur I was excited to use this to make videos for clients. Active track rarely works with the better forward camera. The trigger worked twice to activate (maybe was an update on app?), now not at all and the gesture works less than half the time. When it does work, it stops less than a minute into filming. A balancing error pops up intermittently. Worst of all when recording through the app, there is this horrible background noise that sounds like I'm filming beside an ac unit. DJI's support is really lacking, I've tried all the suggestions and it's still unusable. ... show more

What a bargain I thought. Until I got it and saw the Refurbished sticker on the box. Everything seemed fine, packaged like New and lots of extras. This is not my first gimbal so I knew what to expect. Then the disappointment set in when my Refurb didn’t balance properly and didn’t stabilize as well.
