I bought the Osmo Pocket 3, not realizing my husband had used the original version on his TV show years ago! Now he's excited to start using it on the show again, and I'm actually considering learning to do all the B-roll myself. The camera quality and stabilization are outstanding, and it’s so compact and easy to handle. I was beyond thrilled to finally get my hands on the DJI Pocket 3 Creator Combo— until my order arrived missing almost all the accessories. Paying over $1,200 and essentially receiving only the camera (as if I had purchased the basic version) is a letdown of epic proportions. To be clear: I LOVE the camera. The quality is incredible, and it delivers exactly what I was hoping for in terms of performance. However, the incomplete order and lack of customer service has soured what should have been an exciting purchase. When customers invest this much of their hard-earned money, they deserve better.
