A very stable and easy‑to‑use gimbal with great tracking and long battery life. What I liked: The 3‑axis stabilization is excellent — videos look smooth even while walking. Native tracking locks onto the subject quickly and stays accurate. The built‑in extension rod and tripod make it super convenient for selfies and group shots. Quick Launch connects fast, so you can start shooting right away. Battery lasts close to 10 hours, which is great for trips. It can charge the phone, which is a big bonus during long shoots. What I didn’t like: The gimbal is a bit bulky if you want something ultra‑compact. Tracking can lose the subject in very low light. The built‑in light is helpful but not very strong. Good for: Anyone who wants smoother videos for travel, vlogging, TikTok, or family events without needing a professional camera. Verdict: A reliable, feature‑packed gimbal that delivers smooth footage and great battery life — definitely worth it if you record videos often.

The DJI Osmo Mobile 7P has exceeded my expectations. As someone who’s been getting more into creating videos, I wanted a gimbal that was easy to use but still packed with features, and this one checks every box. Setup was quick, and the DJI app made getting started simple. The stabilization is incredible and makes handheld footage look smooth and professional, even when I’m walking or filming moving subjects. It has completely changed the quality of the videos I capture with my phone. The built-in extension rod and tripod have been more useful than I expected, making it easy to set up shots without carrying extra accessories. I also appreciate how compact it is—it folds up small enough to throw in my bag, so I take it with me whenever I’m out filming. The build quality feels premium, the controls are intuitive, and everything just works the way you’d expect from DJI. If you’re looking to improve your smartphone videos, whether it’s for travel, family memories, or content creation, I highly recommend the Osmo Mobile 7P. It’s one of those products that makes you want to film more because the results look so good.

The DJI Osmo Mobile 7P is an incredible upgrade for anyone serious about smartphone photography and video. Setup takes only seconds, the magnetic mounting system is convenient, and the gimbal delivers exceptionally smooth footage that looks far more professional than handheld recording. The built-in extension rod and tripod add tremendous versatility for travel, vlogging, group photos, and creative shooting angles, while the native tracking feature does an impressive job keeping subjects locked in frame. What impressed me most is how polished the entire experience feels. Battery life is excellent, lasting through long shooting sessions, and the ability to charge my phone from the gimbal is a thoughtful bonus when traveling. Combined with DJI's excellent stabilization, one-tap editing features, and reliable app integration, the Osmo Mobile 7P turns an ordinary smartphone into a powerful content creation tool. If you regularly shoot video with your iPhone or Android device, this is an easy five-star recommendation.

I spent weeks and weeks researching GImbals for use on my iphone. I began looking for the best DJI clone or competitor I could find. I asked myself, why do I want to buy a clone or an imposter, I should just buy the real thing. It was money well spent. This Gimbal is amazing. Easy to connect, super smooth and it works remotely. This thing really makes a difference in our videos - they look so much more professional now. DJI products are top-notch!

I bought the DJI Osmo Mobile 7P for filming quick travel clips. It’s light, folds small enough to fit in the included pouch, and I can even slip it in my back pocket with all the accessories. The built-in stand and extending arm make it easy to set up for hands-free shots. Unfortunately, the included short cable is a problem. It barely reaches most phones when mounted, makes it's impossible to flip orientations, and is just awkward to connect. Luckily that i is an easy enough fix if you get your own. I’ve also had issues keeping the gimbal level. Sometimes it drifts or points slightly off when walking. You really need to use the DJI app to get full control, and while it adds features, it can also feel restrictive if you just want to shoot quickly. When it’s balanced and running right, the footage looks great and the stabilization is smooth. There’s still a small wobble when walking fast, but it’s far better than handheld. I do wish DJI included an adapter for their action cameras since that would make it much more flexible. If you’re filming with a phone and want something portable with good stabilization, it’s a solid choice. Just be ready for some setup quirks and plan to replace the cable with a longer one.

I bought the DJI Osmo Mobile 7P on sale as something to go with my S26 Ultra. I normally film with the Xtra Muse however I wanted something less sensitive to carry around that allowed me to film with my phone. This device does just that, and it is quite reliable as well. Pros - Footage is super smooth consistently - The Mobile 7P feels well built as do all DJI products - Fits even larger phones like the S26 Ultra - Has AI tracking built in with a light - Can charge your phone while filming from the devices battery - Can use the tracking module as a DJI mic receiver to easily connect wireless DJI mics (ex: mic mini) to your phone Cons - Gimbal does need calibrated more often than i'd like, however that's probably an issue with my chonk of a phone - Built in tripod does feel a tad flimsy - AI tracking can be gimmicky and if you leave gestures on for it, you can accidently turn it on and track when you're not wanting it to. (this is by far the most annoying thing about this device) Overall despite the cons, this device is smooth and super portable since it folds up, and when caught on sale is a solid value for money and will work with most modern phones. I especially appreciate the connectivity for DJI mics as it makes it a solid choice for phone vloggers. Definitely pick this up.

The DJI Osmo Mobile 7P is a fantastic piece of tech for anyone looking to level up their iPhone videos. The ActiveTrack 7.0 is incredibly responsive, making it easy to film yourself or keep up with moving subjects without the footage looking shaky. I especially love the built-in extension rod—it is perfect for getting those higher angle shots or better group selfies without needing extra gear. The stabilization is top notch, and the magnetic clamp makes it quick to swap your phone in and out. I did have a bit of a rocky start with this purchase. The first unit I received appeared to be used; it had some scuffs and was missing a few of the essential parts from the box. Thankfully, the return and reorder process was easy. The second one I received was in perfect, brand new condition and has worked flawlessly since. One thing to keep in mind is that the package includes no usage directions or manual. You will definitely need to go to their website and watch the tutorial videos to figure out how to balance and operate everything properly. If you get a "fresh" unit and take the time to watch the guides, it is easily the best gimbal on the market.

I love this thing when I can remember how to use it, lol! In all fairness, I'm in my late 50's and I find this much technology in one handheld, extremely glorified tripod a bit intimidating. I have to keep looking up how to make it do what I need it to do, but it always ends up doing "the thing" I need it to, so I guess that's all that matters, right? Stability? Check! Responsiveness? Check! Ton of technology for the money? Check! Works as it should? Check! My lack of "technological know how" is rampant, if I can make this work, you can too... even if you also have to watch the YT video every time you want to use it :)
